I got the 5D because I wanted something very full and dramatic and my lashes were not the healthiest and a bit sparse from another lash place I was going to before. Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. I will definitely be back for the 5D set when my lashes are looking sparse and I'm looking for something dramatic.

I told her that I wanted a natural look and that's exactly what she did. The studio was new and appeared very clean. Michelle worked relatively quickly because while I didn't take notice to the time, I didn't lose my mind lying there! Because my first experience in an unrelated Manhattan salon left me with extensions that felt heavy and looked so over the top (when I asked for a natural look) I thought I'd never do them again. However, thanks to a Groupon, I decided to take the plunge and try again. Benny was my clinician and did an AMAZING job. I did not want my lashes to be too long (I just wanted them fuller) and emphatically asked for the shortest possible length since I wear glasses. She was very careful, precise and at the end, I was amazed by how subtle, yet noticeably natural and pretty the lashes looked. My 16 yo daughter also did them for the first time and they were beautifully done by her clinician as well. The staff was very nice and when my extensions were done, Benny explained in detail how to take care of my new lashes. She, herself, also had beautiful lashes on and when I asked her about them, said they were already two weeks old! I was so surprised by how full and great they still looked. I am very happy with the results and am so glad to have gotten exactly what I asked for. I will definitely return for future primping and glam!
