I know conversational mandarin so we were able to get by. I get headaches often so this was MUCH needed. My lady (her name was Xiao Yi Zi was so good with the head massage, adjusting the water temp, making sure I was comfortable and being very accommodating. I opted to get the face mask for $10 and it was so soothing combined with the steaming of the hair. The entire experience is around 75 mins and it felt like time flew! I definitly would come back every month because this is genuinely such a good treat. Note - I used Groupon so they do charge a $5 fee.

Please keep in mind that most of staff only speak Chinese with some who speak limited English. I don't think this is an issue if you get a head spa done since it seems more standardize, but I think there would be more of a language barrier if you get a facial done.
