Don't know where to start I've chosen them based on the reviews but I would give them not even one star I was there on the 27jul and my lashes already started to fall off after 2-3 hrs. I'm really not happy with the results and when they started to fall I saw that these were not not even single lashes, the style I asked for had singe lashes and was totally different style from what I asked for , I have experience with lashes as makeup artist over 7 years and was looking for a professional place to get my lashes done To pay for 150$ Thinking I'm getting them done at a professional place from a professional pp and instead got lashes that I could get them done for 30$ Is not right And the worst part when I got them done I was waiting to see something similar to what I asked for but instead I got totally something different and they could see my face I wasn't happy and tried to show them that but they didn't even bothered to ask me if want to change them or fix them they said is normal to us they look perfect and I just decided to pay for them and get out of there So next morning texted the owner and explained everything that half of my lashes we're already off by the morning and asked for refund so I could at least get them done again somewhere else, waited couple day but never got the refund read more

I only get my lashes done here because Vita has magical hands! My favorite part is that she is so quick, she gets both eyes done in an hour. Everywhere else is a minimum of 2 hours... aint nobody got time like that!! Her place is clean and relaxing. She uses high quality products because the lashes last me 3+ weeks. I got my lashes done here based on a recommendation and I was very disappointed. I can't even say if they did a good job or not because they were so opposite of what I asked for that I have no way to judge. I said I wanted them to be extremely natural and even showed them pictures but what I got was so absurd and over the top. I have been getting my lashes done for years and have never gotten such a ridiculous looking set - it looked like the bottom of a cheap broom. I had to go immediately to another place and get them removed the same day. Such a waste of time and money. If you plan to go here, I'd just be sure to be SO CLEAR like repeat yourself over and over again to ensure they give you what you ask for... read more

I found Eyelash Point via a Google search for an exceptionally experienced person to do individual lash extensions. I have very very sparse lashes due to prolonged use of regular extensions using the "cluster" type lashes. And Google did not disappoint as it lead me to Vita, owner of Eyelash Point. The salon is nicely appointed as well as super clean. Vita was all booked up last Friday but was able to fit me in with her colleague, Maria. My lash extensions came out BEAUTIFUL and look like my own natural lashes!!! LUV LUV LUV them!!! The quality of work by Maria is beyond compare. The products used are top notch. This will be the ONLY place I get my lashes done from now on and has a new loyal customer. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. The salon also provide other services such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc and I look forward to trying out these services from here as well. Unfortunately I can't do any better! The place rents room in the salon which provided me very bad services and i've been really really hurt by Vitalina attitude towards me and her behavior. Because of that salon provided me bad services and i'be expressed disagreement and resentment Vita decided to take very smart business decision- she lied to me that my master out for family emergency to cancel my appointment, when i've created an appointment on her web page with notation "no master preference " she canceled this one as well with the reason that she will not be in the office. When i persist she just told me that they refusing servicing me at all because i was disagree and i was not happy with bad services. It hurts, it hurts a lot! Guys can you believe that nowadays people banning you for your opinion, people not trying to satisfy customers, but they choose to merge into groups and refuse services to customers, to put them down! How is that possible? So i had to stay quiet even if i am not happy with service i've got? What are you Red Cross and i've got something for free?? No i paid i paid a lot and in full for services and I HAVE A LEAGAL RIGHT TO EXPRESS MY CONCERNS AND OPINION! And business have no ethical no professional right to block me and block-bust people like this to make them stay silent. This is wrong! Look, what are you supporting- disrespect of the client, absence of customer service, rudeness! What business had to do is to apologize and offer to fix mistakes, what i've got instead is disrespect, no apologies, no discount, nothing was fixed plus all beauty departments have created coalition against me ( the client who they haven't services properly ), refused to service me and showed highest level of disrespect! I will absolutely continue researching this situation with the department of consumer affairs. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and absolutely not ethical.
