Staff are very friendly and they do whatever they can to make sure you have a relaxing enjoyable experience. 1) They take their time and make sure they give you the best pedicure. 2) They give you a four minute massage on your legs and feet with no additional cost. 3) While your feet are drying, they give you a lovely ten minute back and neck massage. 4) They don't rush you to pay and or to tip. They let you finish drying. 5) When you're finished they wrap plastic wrap on your nails so it stays awesome and they help you put on your socks and shoes. While Vicky is capable of creating the designs I coveted in the past, she is truly a master of her craft when it comes to shaping and UV gel technique. I kid you not, when covid-19 shut the city down, the UV gel on my nails would not budge for the next two months. I basically had to cut them off to remove them. I've followed her ever since she was at Glorious nails' old location to their new location and now her own establishment. To be honest, I've cheated on her a couple times because I don't live in the immediate area, but I always find myself coming back to her. Frankly, no one does it like Vicky does.

The shape is not thick and the edges are really clean. I finally found my nail place. Will be going to them from now on.

The guy who does my nails does an amaaaazing job & I refuse to go anywhere else. The massages for the manicure/pedicure are not great though LOL. It's like 2 squeezes and that's it but I'm not here for a massage so I'm not mad!! I usually get regular polish and it lasts a decent amount of time ~1 week until it starts chipping but that's definitely my fault because I'm RECKLESS.
