Staff are very friendly and they do whatever they can to make sure you have a relaxing enjoyable experience. 1) They take their time and make sure they give you the best pedicure. 2) They give you a four minute massage on your legs and feet with no additional cost. 3) While your feet are drying, they give you a lovely ten minute back and neck massage. 4) They don't rush you to pay and or to tip. They let you finish drying. 5) When you're finished they wrap plastic wrap on your nails so it stays awesome and they help you put on your socks and shoes. Overall they are the best nail salon in Brooklyn. If you're in the Gravesend neighborhood and want your nails done, I highly recommend Sugar Spa!

I wasn't satisfied with my previous nail salon so I came across Nails on U. I got a UV gel refill with a micro french tip design and it was 35$+ tip. Van did my nails and I have no complaints. The shape is not thick and the edges are really clean. I finally found my nail place. Will be going to them from now on.

I think what keeps me coming back besides Kim is the level of professionalism in the salon, I've never had any issues here. My appointments always start on time and they accommodate me if I'm late. The only negative which took away a star is they don't do designs here, French at best but that's it. I've tried cat-eye and chrome and it just didn't look that good. They could also use a larger gel color selection. If you want a basic mani/pedi this place is for you, but if you're a design girlie go elsewhere.

The guy who does my nails does an amaaaazing job & I refuse to go anywhere else. The massages for the manicure/pedicure are not great though LOL. It's like 2 squeezes and that's it but I'm not here for a massage so I'm not mad!! I usually get regular polish and it lasts a decent amount of time ~1 week until it starts chipping but that's definitely my fault because I'm RECKLESS.
