Both process is super easy to do and i actually upgraded from a regular manicure to a gel manicure at the salon bc i got nervous I'd chip my nails and they accommodated me and was hassle free. My gel manicure & regular pedicure came out to be $70 (with tip). Highly recommend this place as they're the sweetest in temperament and very detail oriented.

She was very responsive and within 30 mins, I got an appointment for the following day. Betty was my nail technician and she was very thorough and sweet. She was very efficient in removing the SNS within 15 mins. I also asked for a manicure so she filed and shaped my nails with care (since my nails were thin). I appreciated that she kept confirming with me if I liked the shape. I also got a relaxing hand massage. I accidentally nicked one of my still wet nails and she had to repaint it. But she was super nice about it even though she had another customer. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I always pass by here since it's in my neighborhood. The interior is cute, clean and a good size. A lot of places are too cramped and not properly ventilated. I would be coming back. They have specials so I can't wait to try out the services.

They explain that they'll have to push back my cuticles but they do so gently. The service here is great and I find myself looking forward to my nail self care days.

She layered a black coat first and then a navy blue to pull out the same effect, which in my mind, is pretty brilliant. In addition, one of my nails had chipped off earlier; but, instead of just filing all my nails to match, Lucy offered to attach an acrylic tip to extend it. She went through an extra effort to make sure her work look spectacular, and I highly appreciated it. Michelle is friendly and likes to make conversations. I often ask her to suggest colors, feeling more adventurous when I go to her. It's very refreshing, and I am pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately I haven't had much opportunity with Nancy as she is always busy with customers which says a lot already. I look forward to having her work on my nails one day. I specifically asked for clear gel, because I previously had clear gel on and knew I was picking a sheer white color for my polish. Clear gel would allow the color to show correctly -- but pink gel would completely alter it. Despite clearly requesting clear gel, Yo-Yo proceeded to use pink gel on the four new nails. When I politely reiterated that I wanted clear gel, she looked at me strangely and flatly said, "We don't have that." That's extremely confusing -- especially when there's an entire wall of every nail color imaginable behind me. Every other nail salon I've been to has offered clear gel, no problem and no extra charge. As expected, once the white polish was applied, the difference was obvious: one hand looks how it's supposed to -- clean white over a clear base -- and the other hand has a pink hue showing through because of the pink gel underneath. It looks mismatched, and I left frustrated and unhappy. To make matters worse, the whole service felt rushed and inattentive. It's very clear they didn't care to listen or take their time to ensure things were done properly. I won't be coming back here -- there are too many better options nearby where they actually listen to what you ask for and don't argue about basic requests.

The entire business is super nice, friendly, and extremely clean and caring. They have a wider variety of colors for powder, gel, and regular nail polish service. Each technician is super friendly and they constantly make sure you are satisfied throughout the process and they have no issue changing something if you do not like it e.g the color you chose. I just had a UV gel + color gel service and I am happy with my final result. Definitely worth checking out and will come back forever! read more

My experience here was wonderful! I walked in and I was warmly greeted by everyone. I didn't have an appointment since it was smy first time, they allowed me to get my mai and pedi. The women were so kind, warm and all round respectful. I enjoyed talking with them as they made sure I am relaxed and taken care of. I tried out the new massage chair and I felt relaxed. STAY FAR AWAY!!! This place has several Problems. Firstly, they do a lousy nail job. Secondly their machines for taking money do not work. For about an hour I tried paying them by credit card, after that was declined by Apple Pay, which was declined, finally Zelle was declined! Halfway through, I 'm triple confirming with Fanny that this is the regular package which she reassured me that it was the "LEAST $$ package" that she's giving me. Now comes the fun part, I'm asking her what's the total and she goes $57 - I'm looking hella confused & she goes it's $40 for the pedicure and because you got gel, the total is $57???? So after having me confirmed three times with you that I'm only getting a gel pedicure, picked out my color, & told you that I only wanted a regular pedicure -- you decided for me that I wanted the second package, which you reassure me wasn't what I was receiving and then trying to "split it down" by saying you're charging me the first package price rather.
