Both process is super easy to do and i actually upgraded from a regular manicure to a gel manicure at the salon bc i got nervous I'd chip my nails and they accommodated me and was hassle free. My gel manicure & regular pedicure came out to be $70 (with tip). Highly recommend this place as they're the sweetest in temperament and very detail oriented.

She was very responsive and within 30 mins, I got an appointment for the following day. Betty was my nail technician and she was very thorough and sweet. She was very efficient in removing the SNS within 15 mins. I also asked for a manicure so she filed and shaped my nails with care (since my nails were thin). I appreciated that she kept confirming with me if I liked the shape. I also got a relaxing hand massage. I accidentally nicked one of my still wet nails and she had to repaint it. But she was super nice about it even though she had another customer. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I always pass by here since it's in my neighborhood. The interior is cute, clean and a good size. A lot of places are too cramped and not properly ventilated. I would be coming back. They have specials so I can't wait to try out the services.

With the picture I showed her, a dark blue color with a marble pattern, Lucy noted that they don't have the same dark blue but offered a solution. She layered a black coat first and then a navy blue to pull out the same effect, which in my mind, is pretty brilliant. In addition, one of my nails had chipped off earlier; but, instead of just filing all my nails to match, Lucy offered to attach an acrylic tip to extend it. She went through an extra effort to make sure her work look spectacular, and I highly appreciated it. Michelle is friendly and likes to make conversations. I often ask her to suggest colors, feeling more adventurous when I go to her. It's very refreshing, and I am pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately I haven't had much opportunity with Nancy as she is always busy with customers which says a lot already. I look forward to having her work on my nails one day. Quick tip: Please call in advance to make an appointment or to ask if they're available so they don't need to rush and do sloppy work. They are often busy or completely booked up, since this is a small salon.

Also as you can see from the picture, the nail lady didn't even fis the shape. I just called them asking for an explanation and a refund for extra charge, whoever picked up the phone was rude, then hang up the phone. I tried to call them, but they never pick up again, probably just blocked me.

I went to this nail salon today and had the worst experience. They are not very friendly and the salon is quite dirty and not modern at all I didn't even see them take the tools out of the sanitizing machine. So I had a appointment with sandy and she was ok not friendly didn't even say one word to me, when she was polishing my nails she didn't even polish the any sides of the nails and it was very sloppy I asked her to fix it she said "later" so it's my first time here I said to myself ok let me shut up and just give her a chance after I had already put my hands in the uv light(I was getting a gel manicua couple of times it still looked very sloppy and at this point it's already dried I told her once again if she can please fix it and she got annoyed and said no let someone else do your nails. So I was ready to get up and walk out but this other lady was nice and said I will fix it for you which was very nice of her but she also did very sloppy work. I appreciate her trying but I left that place very annoyed and unhappy. The lady getting her nails done next to me was also complaining to her girl and from the look on her face she was not satisfied as well. This nail salon is one of the horrible salons in Bensonhurst as a lot of them are. I would never go back here they did sloppy horrible work but what I can't get past is the dirty salon. After my manicure, I was like let's just try their Green Tea Pedicure (higher than their normal pedicure) which is 35$ and DEF worth it!! - includes a mask for your calves, feet, callous removal, a quick hot stone massage and a legit 15 minute foot massage. Then they wrap your feet with their green tea mask. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! Give this place a try! At least for a pedicure.
