Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. Upon getting there, I tell her im here for the removal and she asks how long i've had my lashes for and i told her two weeks, but i'd like to get them taken off. She takes me to the back and proceeds to take one whole hour to work on me. Halfway in, im asking her if the lashes are coming off and if everythings ok (because it should NOT take this long) and she says mmm ok. The lady finally finishes and gives me a mirror and i realize she did a REFILL on me. I tell her that's not what i wanted, so she calls her manager over who proceeds to try and convince me to keep them on because "they look nice". I said they DO look nice but not what i asked for. The lady finally removes them, and another 30 mins later im done. I head to the front to pay and the manager looks at me and starts laughing, which made me feel insulted as if she thinks i look ugly without lashes on. Then has the audacity to say "oh wow you were here for 1 hour 30 mins" while laughing. I was APPALLED by the unprofessionalism and lack for communication when i told them 4 times what i wanted and even checked on them in between my service. Will NEVER come back and i dont recommend them at all.
