She was very efficient in removing the SNS within 15 mins. I also asked for a manicure so she filed and shaped my nails with care (since my nails were thin). I appreciated that she kept confirming with me if I liked the shape. I also got a relaxing hand massage. I accidentally nicked one of my still wet nails and she had to repaint it. But she was super nice about it even though she had another customer. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I always pass by here since it's in my neighborhood.
