Quality: The current staff do a good job, but the mother and daughter that used to be here were much better. The staff now aren't as warm and friendly, but they get the job done. The staff member who did my eyebrows in my most recent visit seemed to have the sniffles; for a job where your face is so close to customers' and where you also need to come into close contact with them, I don't think it's good to have staff come to work if they're sick. Vibe: Place is small and there's often a short wait because this is a popular place. They have about four seats but only two people working at once. Place is generally kept clean. Overall, I would recommend this threading salon!

Would you believe the other ladies actually called their other branch (about a block away) to get her to come over??? I tried to tell them it was okay I'll go with someone else but they insisted because they wanted me to get the service from the exact person I came to. Upon her arrival Dipa gave me the most therapeutic eyebrow threading. That's the only way I can describe it. I've had great work done at other places and yeah I used to think the end justified the pain but not after today! I was even sad when it was over. Very little pain, no fuss, she followed my instructions to the letter. Now I have the perfect arch again, full, but clean arch. My facelift is over till next time. They are professional, courteous and quick. Ladies and gentlemen I kid you not it was well worth it. In fact at $7. I feel as though it was free. I have thin brows to begin with. The woman (a Latina woman, do not know her name) did a terrible job. Shape and arch were all off, not aligned at all and the arch is horrible. My advice is to stick to the other locations. Guess I'll have to try to correct as much as I can when I get home with my pencil!!! ***update** the owner Rinku contacted me very shortly after I posted the review to apologize and ask if I wanted to come back to have it fixed. She also offered the next service free of charge. Very nice of her and good customer service on her part, however, in my opinion, all the technicians should be properly trained in all advertised services. If they are not trained then they should advise customers to wait for a different, more experienced technician for that particular service.

I got my eyelashes done, asked for the same thing I got the last times I'd been there (they had it in the system). I've had them done in the past so I knew how to take care of them and was especially hyper-vigilant this time. I noticed a little bit of fall out at first but I trusted the studio and a little fallout is normal so I did not think much of it. However, 8 days after having my eyelashes done, I woke up and realized that one of my eyes barely had any lashes on at all. My eyelashes looked terrible and it was extremely noticeable the difference between the two eyes. I called the studio ASAP and after trying to resolve this, they told me that all I could do was pay for a 2 week touch up and they would fill all my lashes. I was not pleased with the shape initially (which I have stated was not their fault) so paying $70 for a touch up less than ten days after having them done just to get the same shape was absurd. To fix this, they then offered me a 10% discount on a new set so it would be $108, 9 days after I got them done which was upsetting since less than ten days ago I paid that much for a full set that should've lasted me around 4 weeks like it did in the past. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house with my eyes looking so uneven, and I ended up going and getting them removed since my frustrations were not being heard or taken seriously. This studio does not understand that I have done nothing wrong, nearly an entire eye of eyelashes should not have fallen off eight days after having them done, this is clearly an issue in the application process and I should not be expected to pay nearly full price for a new set not even two weeks after getting my initial set. She gave me a mirror for the part she finished but not the next part to check. When I got home I still had spots that were not taken care of that I had to do myself. I am paying for a service.
