If I could give 0 stars I would. I've gone to this place twice for lashes. The first time I used sensitive glue because I have allergies. My lashes didn't last for more than 3 days. This time I got my lashes done Thursday Sept 1st before my vacation ( I have not gone in the pool, and listened to all instructions. Well it's only been a week and I don't even have lashes. I enjoyed my lash lift and tint here! It lasted a long time although the tint didn't (expected with any tint). I was concerned my lashes thinned out with the lifting solution but overall they've held up well for a month and a half! read more

I have been coming here for about 6 months now, and I've had nothing but positive experiences from the staff here! They are super friendly, attentive, and very focused on detail. I am very sensitive, and Ami is really great with being gentle around my eyes. The prices are in line with other places, so not crazy. It is a splurge for sure, but I feel like I don't have to wear as much makeup when I have the lashes on. Let me just say my experience was awesome!! I was greeted politely upon entering. They were organized and clean!! They make you up covers on your shoes so you don't track germs throughout the studio. They disinfect constantly. I did a lash lift here and it came out beautiful. I didn't experience any discomfort during the process. The lady i went to was Sofia! Super kind hearted lady. I will definitely be coming back here. As for their lash extensions I used to do them all the time here and again they did an outstanding job. They went according to my eye shape. I have been here a few times and have left feeling less than satisfied each time. Yesterday was the tops. I went in for a lash lift and tint. I did not want extensions due to the care required - and we agreed on the service before the technician started. Not only did my eyes burn throughout the process, but something went wrong. At step 2, when she looked at my lashes after the first step, she gasped. Gasped! Not something you want to hear when your eyes are closed and you're basically immobile. Then, another tech came over and they conferred for a second. I asked if everything was ok and she said yes and continued. At the end, when I thought we'd be done, I felt her tapping in individual false lash extensions onto my lash line! I thought it was what was happening but wasn't sure so I decided to trust her. I've now confirmed it. My lashes look good, but the point is she added a procedure I didn't agree to, without asking me. What if I was allergic to the glue? What if I had other reasons for not wanting extensions? I'm not sure what caused the gasp except that maybe some of my own lashes came out (and why was that, btw!?) but that's *not* an excuse to do something a client hasn't approved simply because they're at your mercy. I'll be calling tomorrow to bring this to their attention but after the constant burning, the added extensions without approval, and past poor experiences I definitely won't be back. Secret Garden does an incredible job for just $25 more - worth it. read more

they used to be good. forest ave location doesnt use enough glue at all. pretended to fill in an area. made my eyes look like two eyebrows were floating on top of my eyes. was telling me every excuse, except just fixing it. the previous time they put all 12's. it looked alarming. and there were empty spots. waxed lip had to rewax myself. after pointing out what they missed. they still didnt get it. they gave me a credit for previous time since I had to have someone else redo the mess. go back. they still charge me $60. THEN REFUSED a CASH tip!!!! gTF outta here ! never going back read more
