Kristin gave us our Swedish massages. She was very attentive to each of our individual needs, and targeted our pain points with care, giving us relaxing and relieving massages. Rachel gave us our facials. She was also attentive to our needs, and was careful with those of us who had sensitive skin. I was nervous that I would be in pain while she extracted blackheads, but she was very light-handed and made me feel comfortable. It's been a few days, and my skin still feels amazing. I did A LOT of research on brows and technique prior to landing on Cosmetic Tattoo Centers social…read moremedia.  I FB messengered them late one night and they replied (amazing customer service from the start!) They answered my 101 questions, and every reply led me to choosing them as the place I was going to trust with tattooing my face (this IS a big deal!) I booked for early Saturday morning quite easily online and deposited my appointment. Brianna gave me a warm welcome inside the immaculate, sweet little boutique shop - only two chairs, one client at a time, and following all Covid precautions.  We spent about 30 minutes talking about my brows and my expectations. I had purposely grown out my natural brows for months prior, so my true brow shape/size would be evident.  Brianna gave me her professional advice on shape and custom color, and we came to a mutual decision what would be best for me, combo microblading and powder brow.  She measured and drew over my face to get the best symmetry possible, and applied a numbing solution. (Keeping in mind that most faces are not perfectly symmetrical.) She guided me through every stroke of the process and she was warm and comforting.  A little over 90 minutes later she gave me the mirror and I was THRILLED! Aftercare instructions were printed out for me, as well as a balm required while brows are on the mend! My healing process was painless. I never had "pain" during the procedure or after. Best description is that it felt like my brows were sunburned.  The sensation of the actual tattooing wasn't painful, just felt like pressure and scratching. My follow up appointment was 5 weeks later, after all initial healing and where Brianna did "fine tuning". 60 more minutes of lengthening and widening, and I was amazed by my result. They are a beautiful compliment to natural full brow, but better! If you're fortunate enough to have her do your brows, let the pro do what she does best.  She has amazing instincts and her artistry was remarkable. If you can book your appointment today do it. Its so bad, i need to permanently remove it and the owner/tattoo artist wont even refund the partial costs. I wish i could attach the pictures so its clear that im not exaggerating. Its 2 words which lettering style is completely off and definitely not fine. "v" turned into k, "d" looks like inverted b and has a huge loop on top, "a" looks like o with some mid attached stroke. And the worst part is that one word is higher that the other which definitely cannot be fixed. ive consulted experienced tattoo artists and was told same thing - 3 sessions to fix lettering but nothing can be done with the rest of it. I finally couldn't stand it anymore and decided to get my eyeliner tattooed. I could not have made a better decision. I get constant compliments on both the shape and color and I genuinely love having them done. Since my eyeliner was such a great success, I decided to get my eyebrows tattooed as well to cover a scar I got when I was ruffied by a bartender in 2002, which resulted in my falling and busting my right eyebrow open to the bone. The ER doctor did a great job sewing me up, but the hair now only grows in halfway, leaving an obviously naked half eyebrow. Sabrina Gordon (owner) and Erica (trainee) did such a remarkable job that I no longer even notice the scar. It's done great things for my self-esteem and I couldn't be happier. The procedures were nowhere near as painful as I expected them to be and I look forward to continuing having both eyeliner and eyebrows touched up and enhanced as time goes on. I felt this was very generous and appreciated the gesture. I returned and was serviced by Rose. I really like the look of my new lashes and was informed that my dissatisfaction may have been due to a misunderstanding. My first appointment started late and therefore the lash tech was not able to discuss the lash options, lengths and curls. She applied what she felt was appropriate for my natural lashes. I would recommend upgrading to the "laser lashes" as they gave me the glam look I was looking for. I personally did not feel the standard "glam" 60 lashes per eye was enough. Come in to the salon with clear expectations that you communicate to your tech.

So because she didn't have my lenth ... she went in and ripped my lashes out telling me they were all old ones (my last fill was 1o days ago) and then she CUT down the rest of them. She then puts some lashes in and tells me she has to charge me for a 3 week fill and not 2 because she filled me to the brim after pulling out old lashes. At the time I still don't care. She finishes, I walked in with mega volume lashes and nowww I have patches missing and one eye is longer then the other. I paid 115 dollars to walk in with fuller lashes then i left with! For a holiday again im LIVID. Danielle should be ashamed of herself! ... I had to make another appt with my Sam S at Laina Luxe salon on feet Thursday.. abs im actually scared and embarrassed for her too see what this woman did to my lashes ! And tell her what she charged me.
