Positives: Both ladies were very polite and started my services on time…read more Negatives: There is a strong cigarette smell throughout the entire establishment. For my lashes, I asked for very natural lashes just a minor enhancement from my real lashes but I ended up looking like Betty Boop. I was expecting 100% 1:1 lash extensions but ended up with mainly clusters which is the reason the extensions do not look natural. For my eyebrows, they were threaded and tinted. I didn't realize my brows were threaded so thinly because the tint disguised this fact. Also, the tint dye irritated my skin. I will not return to this location because I cannot take the strong smoke smell.

Yesterday I thought I'd give the new Browista on the block a chance and selected Amanda. What a wonderful job she did ! Not only did she make my brows look amazing, she was so pleasant and nice to work with that I will definitely make my appointment with her next time ! I always like to give the new person a chance and at Arch, everyone is so super talented that you really can't go wrong. Thanks for doing such a great job, Amanda! All that training really paid off. If you want awesome brows for those Zoom calls and to look and feel great, give Amanda a try next time you need your brows done.

I took a chance based on previous Yelp reviews and had an amazing experience here. This was my first lash lift, a procedure that I had literally never heard of prior to a google search made on a whim. I wanted something to bring out my eyelashes without extensions and this was perfect. I saw Danielle S. for the lash lift. The procedure itself took about 90 minutes including a consultation that reviewed potential complications such as eyelash kinking. When I asked about that the technician explained how it happened and how they are able to fix it during the lift itself. So I went for it, got in a 60 minute nap, and woke up looking like this, lol. Danielle was even able to fix up a bald spot on one of my eyelashes that she had noticed. Super natural look, professional experience, worth every penny for the nap alone. Can't wait for my brow consult in a few weeks!

I don't…read morereally feel like you can see the lashes well at all and friends that I have shown had to lean in close to notice. I have had lash extensions at another salon and felt like they gave me a falsies look, these just look like 1 coat of mascara. They would look nice for a "natural" set but having signed up for the glam set I am let down. That being said the studio was neat, clean, and staff friendly. I am just not sure I would return for a fill or any other services. *update* After posting my review the salon reached out offering to update my lashes in order to achieve the look I desired. I felt this was very generous and appreciated the gesture. I returned and was serviced by Rose. I really like the look of my new lashes and was informed that my dissatisfaction may have been due to a misunderstanding. My first appointment started late and therefore the lash tech was not able to discuss the lash options, lengths and curls. She applied what she felt was appropriate for my natural lashes. I would recommend upgrading to the "laser lashes" as they gave me the glam look I was looking for. I personally did not feel the standard "glam" 60 lashes per eye was enough. Come in to the salon with clear expectations that you communicate to your tech.

Used to come here faithfully, but I live 4o minutes away and found a place that does better work at…read morea better place closer to me. Stuck in a bind wanting q touch up for new years I went there today and im completely disgusted! My appt was at 1245 with danielle the owner. She came strolling in at ten to one. Ok thats the start. I lay down she realized by looking at my full long lashes that simply needed a touch up she wasn't going to be able to do it cuz she refuses to invest in stock and options. So because she didn't have my lenth ... she went in and ripped my lashes out telling me they were all old ones (my last fill was 1o days ago) and then she CUT down the rest of them. She then puts some lashes in and tells me she has to charge me for a 3 week fill and not 2 because she filled me to the brim after pulling out old lashes. At the time I still don't care. She finishes, I walked in with mega volume lashes and nowww I have patches missing and one eye is longer then the other. I paid 115 dollars to walk in with fuller lashes then i left with! For a holiday again im LIVID. Danielle should be ashamed of herself! ... I had to make another appt with my Sam S at Laina Luxe salon on feet Thursday.. abs im actually scared and embarrassed for her too see what this woman did to my lashes ! And tell her what she charged me. Clearly this was the case of the owner being lazy not wanting to do her job, AND the over charge was because there's a covid infestation downstairs and they had to shut down and she's scared she willl. Here's a tip danielle ... invest in lash options.. and as an owner hold back the spite you preform on your customers when you can see they have gone somewhere else.
