I had a "glam" set of lashes applied but am left feeling disappointed in the overall look. I don't really feel like you can see the lashes well at all and friends that I have shown had to lean in close to notice. I have had lash extensions at another salon and felt like they gave me a falsies look, these just look like 1 coat of mascara. They would look nice for a "natural" set but having signed up for the glam set I am let down. That being said the studio was neat, clean, and staff friendly. I am just not sure I would return for a fill or any other services. *update* After posting my review the salon reached out offering to update my lashes in order to achieve the look I desired. I felt this was very generous and appreciated the gesture. I returned and was serviced by Rose. I really like the look of my new lashes and was informed that my dissatisfaction may have been due to a misunderstanding. My first appointment started late and therefore the lash tech was not able to discuss the lash options, lengths and curls. She applied what she felt was appropriate for my natural lashes. I would recommend upgrading to the "laser lashes" as they gave me the glam look I was looking for. I personally did not feel the standard "glam" 60 lashes per eye was enough. Come in to the salon with clear expectations that you communicate to your tech. read more

Used to come here faithfully, but I live 4o minutes away and found a place that does better work at a better place closer to me. Stuck in a bind wanting q touch up for new years I went there today and im completely disgusted! My appt was at 1245 with danielle the owner. She came strolling in at ten to one. Ok thats the start. I lay down she realized by looking at my full long lashes that simply needed a touch up she wasn't going to be able to do it cuz she refuses to invest in stock and options. So because she didn't have my lenth ... she went in and ripped my lashes out telling me they were all old ones (my last fill was 1o days ago) and then she CUT down the rest of them. She then puts some lashes in and tells me she has to charge me for a 3 week fill and not 2 because she filled me to the brim after pulling out old lashes. At the time I still don't care. She finishes, I walked in with mega volume lashes and nowww I have patches missing and one eye is longer then the other. I paid 115 dollars to walk in with fuller lashes then i left with! For a holiday again im LIVID. Danielle should be ashamed of herself! ... I had to make another appt with my Sam S at Laina Luxe salon on feet Thursday.. abs im actually scared and embarrassed for her too see what this woman did to my lashes ! And tell her what she charged me. Clearly this was the case of the owner being lazy not wanting to do her job, AND the over charge was because there's a covid infestation downstairs and they had to shut down and she's scared she willl. Here's a tip danielle ... invest in lash options.. and as an owner hold back the spite you preform on your customers when you can see they have gone somewhere else. read more

This was my first time ever trying lash extensions, and I am happy to say that it was such a great experience! Brianna was an amazing technician, very professional and so fun to talk to. She helped me pick the right lashes for my eyes and was so informative and helpful with how to get the most out of them. The process was smooth and so relaxing, I could definitely have laid there for another hour easily! The end result was well worth it, I am absolutely in love with how they came out and will absolutely be returning for maintenance. The salon itself was very cute and clean with great music. I highly recommend Love Some Lashes (and Brianna!) for anyone who has always wanted to try extensions but was hesitant about the process and/or quality. I did my research before taking the plunge and could not be happier with the entire experience. read more

I went to love some lashes for over a year and loved my lashes and Sara my tech. Sara is no longer there however I did get a gift certificate there for my birthday and had some fills that I purchased a while back. I wanted to give the place a chance again. My lashes looked great however about 2 days into having them on, my eyes started to burn and I could feel clumps of glue on the side poking my eyes. I left them on for a day or so to see if this was something that was a freak thing because this had never happened before. I called to explain to them the pain I was in and that I would like them to remove my lashes. The woman who put my lashes on did not take them off, Rose did. She proceeded to tell me that the reason my lashes hurt was because it was my fault and that she would be charging me to take them off. I explained to her that I have had lashes in the past and that this has never happened. I got them done on Friday came in on Wednesday to get them off. She said I had 3 days to come in to get them off for free and that should have been explained to me ( it was not). I paid $100 on Friday and was not paying another $100 to take them off 5 days later. She told me that she was working for free and complained the entire time.. extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing as this salon is very close to where I live. read more

Update: so I bought another Groupon about a month later and when I scheduled the appointment I was told that Groupons can only be used once every six months. That's fine, I gifted it to my sister who had a horrible experience. The waxist perhaps may have been inexperienced but she has irritation now. Furthermore there seemed to be a lack of knowledge on prices. We will not be returning due to the inconsistency in service, the lack of clarity with Groupon and pain my sister experienced. read more

Excellent lashes and extremely awesome customer service. Brianna and Tracy Yuhas are the best in town for lash extensions, waxing, spray tans and their new service: eyebrow tattoo/ microblading. Gina also does excellent lashes as well. I have been frequenting this facility for two years now, and they never fail to disappoint, I always get compliments on their work and my lashes look amazing in pictures and video. read more

Service was great! Staff are friendly and professional! I did not like the way my lashes came out though. I've had my lashes done many times at numerous lash bars before and I didn't appreciate the quality of lashes that were used here (they were hard and stiff). I was looking for a new lash place and decided to try here because it was close to my job. I loved the staff (I forget my technicians name) but I didn't love the extension job. Prices are median to most places. Won't be returning here. Oh, I came in with some lashes from a previous salon. My tech removed them upon this visit as well in order to provide a livelier look. I still did not like it. read more

This place is definitely where you want to get your lashes done. It's very quaint, calm and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and they aim to please. The masseuse table you lay on, is super plush and comfortable. I had no problem taking a little snooze while she worked on my lashes. My lashes came out beautiful and they offer great deals. If you are thinking about getting lash extensions you should definitely look no further than Love Some Lashes, they are amazing! read more

I'm very happy that I decided to wait a while to write a review. My initial experience was very good. The woman who had applied the lashes was very nice, I felt comfortable, almost like I was hanging out with a friend. She asked me why I was getting lash extensions, since my lashes were already full and relatively long. I told her I saw the groupon and thought of doing something "different" to make me feel good, why not longer lashes? Because I felt so comfortable with my session I gave a $25 tip. They send you home with a brush and instructions, which I followed to a T. Oil-free washes, no water/steam to touch the lashes until the following day. I didn't even attempt to wash my face because I wanted to make sure nothing touched them. The next day I noticed about 3 lashes fell out..this happened here and there over the course of the next 4 days, which is a little upsetting due to the fact that they were new. My eyes then became extremely irritated and my REAL lashes were falling out with the false ones. I called in to see if they can be removed immediately because I felt uncomfortable and was very upset over the fact that now my real lashes were falling out. They offered me no other option other than paying the same amount I did for the groupon, $50 to remove the lashes for me. I'm sorry, but that is absolutely ridiculous. I would've honestly considered them as a business to do future waxing/eyebrows, but not anymore. I've been applying coconut oil daily, using washes with oil and steam to try and loosen the adhesive and still having no luck. The adhesive is applied to numerous lashes and I'm now left with very few false and REAL lashes. Let's see how long it now takes for my lashes to grow back. read more

I first visited Love Some Lashes about six weeks ago with an expired Groupon that I could still use the monetary value from. I was not certain what to expect from Yelp reviews but opted for eyebrow enhancements as well as eyelash extensions. The location can be a bit difficult to navigate thanks to an error from GPS directions so please pay careful attention. I was a bit lost but Tracy the owner was more than helpful in redirecting me. The place itself is a bit outdated but still somewhat cute and bohemian. The services I receive were awesome-Appointments prompt and Tracy was personable and professional! She takes extreme pride in her business and services--well worth the distance for me-would definitely recommend!! read more

Was recommended to Love some lashes through a co-worker and at first I was nervous to get my eye lashes done! I went in and had an appointment with kristen and could not be happier with my results! I am usually super sensitive to things on my face but the tech was very careful and went above and beyond to ensure I would not have any bad reaction! We opted out using the standard eye pads and used adhesive tape to play it safe! End result- my lashes look amazing and I get compliments daily! I highly recommend the salon and will definitely be going back! Also great for waxing - very thorough and painless! Kristen was a true professional! read more

I am hooked on eyelash extensions since coming to this quaint, professional eyelash boutique. Danielle is my technician and I feel blessed to have found her, especially as I was brand new to the procedure. She made me feel calmer when she told me she has over ten years of experience and she reassured me when I was feeling anxious at the start of the application. The results are a dramatic improvement to the sparse lashes I had going on before. A major upgrade! I never have trouble getting an appointment and I know I can count on them having all of the latest in eyelash products. I definitely recommend visiting 'Love Some Lashes'. You can't go wrong!! read more

I had my eyebrows done by Tracey and I'm so happy with the results! I lost my brows due to hormones/age and had very little, scant, light hair at the middle and ends only. I had microblading done by someone else in north jersey 2 years ago but they never took well. I originally asked Tracey to do microblading bc I love the look of hairstrokes, but as soon as she looked at my skin, she said microblading won't work well bc I have oily skin. She said that's why it didn't take the first time with the esthetician up north. She suggested doing a powder brow- a different technique that has a more makeup look. It's stunningly beautiful!!!! Tracey is very experienced and traveled all over the world to learn the best techniques in cosmetic tattooing. She is passionate about her work and strives to be one of the top experts in her field! I was referred by a friend who did her brows, which look so amazing. I'm so glad I found Tracey! I might do my eyeliner next!!!! read more

Wow. I've gotten lashes done at 3 different centers before this. None had as nice technicians, receptionists, and welcoming environments as this place. I feel very relaxed here. Maybe I had a bad experience. I went in and got my lashes done by grave I believe. I paid 75$ on groupon for the glam lashes. Firstly the point of eye lash extensions is so you don't have to bother with mascara and have long lush lashes. I went in and told grace a million times I want big wow lashes! She literally just tried to quickly do the job so she could get off work which was unfair to me. When I seen my lashes they weren't eeven. There wasn't any glam! The lashes were tin and the same length as my original lashes. Also when I got there they told me these expenses lashes only last a month. The first day the lashes started falling off and got stuck to my bottom lashes. I followed their instructions and avoided everything they told me too. It's my 4 day and the lashes a literally coming off from the root! Please do your self a favor and spend your money else where. I called in to tell them this wasn't what I want and they told me they couldn't do anything and grave left. They literally fucked up my natural lashes and my vacation. Don't get any upgrades!!!! They're no good. Customer service also sucks. Horrible experience. The eye lashes hurt so much! The glue is poking my eyes! It's only the 4th day smfh read more

I went to Love Some Lashes for Microblading. I have been penciling my brows since the 90s and I cannot tell you how annoying it is to do that every time you need to leave the house. Anyhoo...I was very nervous and Briann was super nice and comforting about the whole process. Tracy was there as well and as a team they worked with me to achieve the perfect shape and thickness of brow for my face. First there was numbing cream and after that set in there was no turning back....about 45 min later (I think) BAM!!!! PERFECT BROWS!!!! After they healed (about 10 days) some spots faded (which is normal) but I went back for a touch up and BAM!!! Perfect brows that healed in about 5 days!! I cannot tell you how mad I am for waiting so long to do this!!! My confidence is through the roof and I cannot believe how natural they look!! The facility was very clean and intimate. Briann is truly amazing as a person and technician. Now go get you some perfect brows!!!! read more

I have been going here since they opened. Incredibly professional and clean. Whatever technician I have always does a great job.

I have to say I went for a spray tan yesterday and had originally given this review one star, but after today I changed it to a three and here's why. I had a very bad experience but after the owner, Tracey, called me today to rectify the situation and hear me out, it was above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional, kind, and understanding. Explained that the technician I was given was newer and they would be pulling her off for more training. She offered me another service to compensate me for my dissatisfaction. I will be giving them another try. Thank you for your professionalism and understanding. read more

Really happy with the way my eyelashes came out! The girls here really put in a lot of effort. If you haven't had eyelash extensions put in before, keep in mind the process takes a while(1-2hours). The prices are somewhat expensive ( but maybe reasonable in comparison to other salons, not really sure), but the service is great. They have some specials running (check group if you are a first time customer). The only thing is I wish they provided a little disposable mascara comb as part of the service. They told me to brush out the eyelash gently after showering but I don't have the proper tool to brush them out with. read more

Found this place through a Groupon offer and was looking to get a Brazilian Wax and ended up with a major deal because I only paid $15 to have one done! I got there and wasn't greeted right away, looks like both ladies was doing eyelash extensions, but I felt like they could of least called out and say someone will be right with you. Anyway once someone did come out I was greeted w/ a positive attitude and warmness to it. I was serviced by Danielle who does lash extensions and body waxing as well. She was very very nice. She was knowledgeable about the service I was having done and made it very comfortable for me. Well waxing me she was holding a conversation between us and I appreciate that because it didn't make it all weird it was really nice. She explained the packages they offer versus the other competitor and that was nice to have that info. Would i return there?!?! YES w/o hesitation. I would refer other people as well if they were looking for somewhere to go. I hope they have more Groupon offers in the near future cause this time I will take advantage of the 3 wax deal which was under $70 dollars I believe. Would give them 5 stars is just the greeting thing turned me off, but I do recommend this place. read more

A small salon on the second floor of a building. Staff very friendly and nice. Small rooms divided by curtains. I booked an appointment for an eyelash lift. I had been getting Yumi eyelashes a keratin treatment for lift and curl. I loved Yumi eyelashes but did not have time to make it to the salon in nyc. I was told they use Elleebana an "excellent" product. I guess I threw caution to the wind and tried it. My technician Rose appeared very knowledgeable and tried her best to make my very straight lashes curl. They looked uplifted when I got home but by the next day I could see them relaxing. My right eyelashes are almost down and my left side is not too far behind. I blame the product not the technician. I called the salon and they offered to redo them. I declined their offer because my eyelashes are too fragile now, why add insult to injury. Very, very disappointed and will not return. read more

This was my first time at love some lashes about a week ago. I have had lash extensions in the past that i have loved just moved out of the area. Decided to try out this place and boy do i regret it. When I called for my appointment I think I had spoken to the owner Tracy who insisted I go to a lash stylist name Briana. Tracy was extremely rude and talking down on me when I had a couple of questions. Seemed like to me she was talking in circles, did not seem like she knew what she was talking about, very unprofessional and confused. Regardless of my first impression with her i still decided to try out this stylist Tracy talked so fond about. When I had walked into the salon I was greeted by a younger girl who was extremely nice, she informed me Briana was just finishing up and would be a few minutes. She had gone into Brianas room to let her know i was there, I waited about 15 minutes and in that time the young lady who had greeted me had taken her client into her room. Finally Briana came out to tell me her client was drying and she would be right with me. I finally got into the bed, Briana asked me what look I wanted to achieve for the lashes and i had told her i wanted a full longer look. It took her about 45 minutes to do the whole full set. I felt as if she was defiantly rushing and on top of that smelled like cigarettes. When i got out of the bed I was extremely disappointed. My lashes were clumped together, very short when I told her I wanted them longer and their was white film at the top of my lashes. At that point i just wanted to get out of there i was so upset. After paying, on my way out of the building i ran into that young ladys client and her lashes looked absolutely beautiful. I did not think to ask the stylists name at that time but they looked very good. To wrap this all up I would definitely not recommend ever going to the stylist Briana my lashes are now ruined, all fell out and I have chunks of my natural lashes missing. VERY DISAPPOINTING. read more

I got my lashes done here for a wedding back in September by Danielle. She did an amazing job. So amazing that I decided to go back and purchase a package. Worst. Decision. Ever. They kept falling off after just a few days. I was told it was how I sleep or what I'm using to wash my face. One lash tech told me they start to fall off after a few days but another one told me it was odd they were falling off! I was told conflicting info from one lash tech to another. They did allow me to come in for a "one week" touch up and they kept telling me it's my lashes - they can't handle the extensions. I've had lashes before and I never had this problem! My natural lashes are now so weak and almost all of the extensions from the last appointment have fallen out. Why did I keep going? Because once you purchase a package there are no refunds. Do yourself a favor - don't waste your money! Go somewhere else! read more
