Binta was wonderful, but I'm not thrilled with my results from the lift and tint, and after a Brazilian I'm very very red and bumpy 3 days later. Essentially my full leg and underarm wax were flawless. Binta is friendly and kind and very professional. The lift and tint were mediocre at best and even after a return trip for a second free of charge tint (normally like $30), my lashes look unchanged. I told her I wasn't happy and that while there is minimal lift and color, it is not enough of a noticeable difference to be worth the $110 I spent. She is an absolute doll & spent time talking to me about my hair & what I was looking for. Then I got a great shampoo with a nice scalp massage. The products used to wash my hair made it soft & silky. Charli gave me samples so I could try them at home & decide if they were for me. My haircut looks amazing & I loved the blowout. I have had lash extensions at another salon and felt like they gave me a falsies look, these just look like 1 coat of mascara. They would look nice for a "natural" set but having signed up for the glam set I am let down. That being said the studio was neat, clean, and staff friendly. I am just not sure I would return for a fill or any other services. *update* After posting my review the salon reached out offering to update my lashes in order to achieve the look I desired. I felt this was very generous and appreciated the gesture. I returned and was serviced by Rose. I really like the look of my new lashes and was informed that my dissatisfaction may have been due to a misunderstanding. My first appointment started late and therefore the lash tech was not able to discuss the lash options, lengths and curls. She applied what she felt was appropriate for my natural lashes. I would recommend upgrading to the "laser lashes" as they gave me the glam look I was looking for. I personally did not feel the standard "glam" 60 lashes per eye was enough. Come in to the salon with clear expectations that you communicate to your tech.

So because she didn't have my lenth ... she went in and ripped my lashes out telling me they were all old ones (my last fill was 1o days ago) and then she CUT down the rest of them. She then puts some lashes in and tells me she has to charge me for a 3 week fill and not 2 because she filled me to the brim after pulling out old lashes. At the time I still don't care. She finishes, I walked in with mega volume lashes and nowww I have patches missing and one eye is longer then the other. I paid 115 dollars to walk in with fuller lashes then i left with! For a holiday again im LIVID. Danielle should be ashamed of herself! ... I had to make another appt with my Sam S at Laina Luxe salon on feet Thursday.. abs im actually scared and embarrassed for her too see what this woman did to my lashes ! And tell her what she charged me. Clearly this was the case of the owner being lazy not wanting to do her job, AND the over charge was because there's a covid infestation downstairs and they had to shut down and she's scared she willl. I asked her why didn't she tell me that in the first place. She kept bringing up the picture of my hair and saying it was pretty. I continued to tell her it wasn't what I wanted and now my blonde hair is gone... I paid $200 for her to ruin my hair and now I'll have to pay someone to fix it again before my wedding.
