Typically have 1 or 2 technicians available for walk-ins, and from our experiences to date, we have not received experienced technicians but rather new, training or someone who is just ok (where we have to request further cleanup when we check the mirror and still end up unhappy complaining on our ride back). Will keep searching, as we need to find our new person with our previous perfect eyebrow threading technician retiring :(

I messaged the salon, and within an hour I was already in my car after having my eyebrows threaded! They were very fast to respond, and even voiced some concerns about the dryness of my skin. They informed me of products that I could use, and that they offer other services such as facials as well. I cannot wait to come back for the same and other services.
