The owner is the lady that does them and I will NEVER let anyone else touch them. She does an awesome job and is very nice. Eyebrows are done with wax. This place does hair for both men and women, and they have an area to get your nails and feet done. Sunday through Wednesday, the establishment is not too busy. Thursday through Saturday, there will be a wait even for something small like getting your eyebrows done. I would recommend this place to anyone! Come here and ask for the owner!

She left that solution…read moreon my lashes for over 20 minuets... the lashes on my right eye are falling right off... they're damaged and it looks horrible. She was just watching her kid and multiple clients at a time but didn't monitor the solution she was placing on my lashes. I called her and she said to come in so she could redo it which is insane because the last thing someone should do if lashes are FALLING OFF is apply more chemicals. The right thing to do would have been to offer a refund and actually apologize for the damage caused. I am NEVER going back here and would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional service

Before my appointment I had never done laser before for hair removal, but I've had laser facials. I'm so happy I decided to try it because it doesn't hurt at all! So far I've only done 1 session, but I'm excited to see what the results look like over the next few sessions. The esthetician was friendly, funny, and made the overall experience quite pleasant. I asked the owner if anyone was available to trim his hair she pointed to the barber sitting across from her trying to brush me off and just get me out the way. I told the barber exactly the length I wanted his hair trimmed in Spanish since he seemed more comfortable speaking in Spanish. He then proceeded to just chop off his hair recklessly and kept cutting. I had to tell him do not cut his hair so much he is going to get it braided right after. He kept cutting his hair it looks like he had no experience cutting hair he wasn't even cutting evenly. He got too scissor happy and ruined my son's hair! My son's hair was a little past his shoulders and all I told the barber to trim a little above his shoulders. I took my son off the chair and went to ask the Braider if she can even braid his hair now and she said no it's too short. She told the owner the owner didn't care they kept saying that's the length I told him when I clearly told him in Spanish what I wanted and to not cut too short since he is getting his hair braided! They obviously didn't care. Horrible customer service. Barber does not know how to cut hair and the owner is useless. And they expected me to pay lol I told them I'm not paying for nothing! Don't waste your time coming here unless you want your hair messed up. 0 out of 10 recommend! They ruined my sons hair for his birthday

This is the biggest nail salon I think I've ever been in and for good reason, they are CONSISTENTLY busy. There's like 12 pedicure chairs and I don't even know how many manicure tables. Being that they're so busy, chances are you're gonna have to wait a bit no matter what. A lady I spoke to as I was waiting said what I thought was busy was really nothing for them. The wait time is probably the only reason I'd take off one star. I went to Kim for my refill. She took her time and did a good job. She made sure I liked everything before moving on the the next steps and even helped me pick a color (because I'm beyond indecisive). I'm not sure if the girl's name who did my pedicure but she did a good job too. I noticed that the employees there are very thorough with their service, which I definitely appreciate. That probably contributes to the wait times as well but it's worth it for a good mani/pedi. I can definitely see myself going back there just not if I'm in a hurry.

The…read morelocation is in a small office building off of route 9 and is a full service salon, despite it's name. My manicure and pedicure were flawless and the nail tech was very sweet and friendly. My wax was pretty painful but maybe because I hadn't had one since the Summer and forgot how bad and awkward they can be. However, the lady offered to give me a complimentary touch up a week after, which I thought was nice. Clients were coming in back to back for waxing in the couple of hours that I was there, so this must be the place to go! They also have a location in S River which is much closer to where I live, so I wouldn't mind trying them out the next time I muster up enough courage to get another wax!
