The lady was very nice and took care of us well. The eyelashes came out looking really good. This is my second time getting them done and this time was way better than the first. They do look natural and they were placed well. She even told us that if there are any problems within a weeks time, we can come back in to fix it free of charge. Thank god cause I don't pay money for it to mess up so quick and not have it fixed. It's been almost a week and two little eyelash extensions fell out. These usually last 2 weeks? I'm going to go in and have them fixed or else I'll look like my eye is balding. Overall great and lovely customer service!

I had an appointment at 2:30PM on a Sunday and was seated promptly. The lady who washed my hair was gentle and explained what products she was using. Aisha, the woman who cut my hair was attentive to what I wanted. I wanted around 2 inches off, layered and she delivered just that. She always made sure to show me how much she was going to cut and if I was okay with the length. I love how she texturized my hair, which gave it more volume and definition. I ended up loving my haircut with the layers -- not many places know how to layer hair well. They used Paul Mitchell products during my visit and I ended up purchasing a hair serum online when I got home since I really liked how it made my hair look. In all, I would definitely come back if I ever need a haircut and I recommend this spot for your hair needs!

I've been going to Green Hill Nails for a while, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill…read moresignificantly. I know what a properly done gel manicure should look like, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I had been growing my natural nails out and specifically told the technician that I wanted them only a little shorter with a skinny almond shape. Instead, she cut my nails extremely short--so short that there was barely any length left and an almond shape was no longer possible. When I questioned what she was doing, she told me she could fix it with builder gel. The builder gel was applied extremely thick. I had to ask her to make it thinner, but even after that, the nails still looked bulky and poorly structured. There was little attention to the apex, cuticle area, or overall shape. One hand ended up round while the other was almond, and she did not correct them to match as I requested. The gel polish application was also messy, and within only a few hours the gel was already soft and peeling. When I got home, my nails were hurting and I was very unhappy with the result, so I called the salon. The owner, Mia, told me to come back the next day and said they would fix them. Unfortunately, when I returned, they didn't want to spend the time to fix everything properly. She would only offer a refund if I allowed them to remove everything I was not comfortable having everything removed that day because one hand had been cut so short and filed so narrow that I barely had any nail left so I needed them to fix their work. The owner acknowledged that the technician had messed up and explained that I had only been charged $35 instead of the original $75 because of the issue.( didn't charge me for the builder gel). However, she suggested I come back in a week or two, originally offered 10 percent off my next visit. I reiterated I want a refund and she said max offer 50% off, but I would still have to pay for additional builder gel to repair a problem that resulted from the original service due to the technician inability to understand and skillset. What is most frustrating is that I went in with long, healthy natural nails and left with extremely short, painful, uneven nails that did not resemble what I requested. I'm very disappointed because I used to have a good experience here and trusted this salon with my nails. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Green Hill Nails and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before booking.

Wendy did my nails, and she's plenty nice, however I mentioned I wanted them sharper atleast 15 times including before she started with the polish which wasn't even close to the nudish pink I wanted but at that point I was just way more worried about the shape.
