I always and only get my eyebrows done with Kelly at great cuts. Been coming on and off for a year! She did my eyebrows for my wedding and my sisters wedding and ppl legit compliment me on them! She takes her time, and listens to what you want so your eyebrows come out precisely the way you want them to! She even will measure your eyebrows and see what should be grown to make them match! I like mine thick so she does it that way, if you want thinner she will oblige you! And it's a fantastic rate too! read more

this is for guys: FINALLY! a place that can cut guys hair.. One of my friends used to cut all the guys' hair on campus. He knew just how to cut it and it was also super cheap. Sadly, after about 2 years he's closed the Barbershop. I've been on a search for a place that can cut guys hair and for a while it was a failure. I've been to Hair Cuttery, Great Clips, and Sweeney Todd's and they all sucked. I pretty much asked for the same thing. a faux hawk, #2 clipper on the sides with a fade. None of those places knew what I meant by a fade or they said they didn't know how and I hated the haircut each time. For my first visit I told them a faux hawk, #2 on sides with a fade. That was it. They got it on point! It was the first time in a year that I'd been happy with my haircut. I went in again and wasn't sure if this other person would be able to provide a good haircut. I walked out with a smile, lol. I'm so happy I found this place! They all know how to cut guy's hair! If you're searching for a new hair cut place, the search is over! read more

The service is okay but I find the entire system of checking online is unfair. Someone could be sitting in the salon waiting for a long time while another customer checks in online way ahead of time. Comes in and get his hair cut done. Meanwhile, the person sitting still has to wait on his her turned. I liked the first come first serve waiting better. read more

My bangs grew out uneven so I came to get it trimmed and my stylist. The older woman , I forgot her name. I asked to get side swept bangs and she just took scissors and cut it on an angle. Then asked for $5 and then went on her business. I was just in awe that she didn't texture it. It looked terrible. I came home and put some layers in it myself. Been coming here for years since I randomly happened upon the place (it's kind of hidden away behind Longhorn Steakhouse) after moving here from Chicago. Always a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and more importantly the cuts are excellent. My wife comes here on occasion, too, for a cut, wash and blow-dry. She loves it. read more

Went to get the hair cut for my kids the owner there could not cut my 6 years old sons hair properly and kept on blaming him for it. She has no patience. I asked her if she has cut kids hair before and she said that no one has been like my son. Although he behaved very nicely , all he did was look around a little bit as his neck was getting stiff from looking down constantly. Would not go there again read more

Dont go here!!! This was the worst experience I've had with hair salons. Whenever I get my hair cut, I ask the stylist to curl my hair afterwards to give it a nice bouncy look (usually I have straight hair), but when I asked them for my hair curled, they over curled it, made me look awful, and then charged me for for an updo price!! Why would they charge me an updo price for getting my hair curled? I was so upset. I had scheduled my engagement photos for that day, but my hair was such a hot mess that I had to cancel my photos and reschedule. read more

I am SO glad I found Kelly here! I was never a fan of waxing...had a terrible experience in the past but she is AMAZING! I am pregnant and she still made the waxing and threading experience awesome, comfortable, and not too painful. I had HORRIBLE eyebrows before, and she gave them life. One star, because no stars isn't an option. I've been getting my hair cut the same way since I was fifteen. Since then, I have developed my description of my haircut, so as to avoid mistakes. I have to say that over the past 30 years, this is thee worst haircut I have ever had. Instead of seeing how my hair was currently styled, and listening to how I wanted my hair cut, this lady pulled out the industrial sized clippers and proceeded to whack my hair. After the first pass, my shock was obvious. After the second pass, there was no turning back. Now, the top of my head looks like Donald Trump, and the back and sides could pass for Mr. Clean. I have a lot of issues including a scar and Hair that grows upwards on one brow and she is still somehow able to make them beautiful and even. Been going here since I was 13, and now (I'm 19), they had a lot of changes and improvements. There are more workers who know and professionally know what they are doing. There are still some who aren't, but they are improving on that. Customer service in this place is still nice, they are kind and friendly (imo). Place always looks clean and organized. Horrible service. Will never come again. There is only one person who does good cut I guess that too for men. The remaining services are pathetic. Went for a hair color, the person who attended me was very rude and harsh in dealing my hair. Was not empathetic, inspite of me complaining about the heat of the blow dry she kept on doing the same. I had to literally come in the middle of the service as I could not take the heat anymore. And then she charged me 55$ for jay hair color. NEVER Ever go again. I wish there was an option of no star...I always use to go to them for haircuts, waxing and eyebrow threading despite of their inconsistency...but heights was yesterday a new girl is working their...don't know her name she is short hair wears glasses and has a dusky complexion...first while doing wax she burnt me little which I ignored but the worst there is no privacy...someone (male) opened the room door all of sudden...I think he is one of the employees...no apologies...then she messed my eyebrows while threading just took a chunk out of it..I am sorry but I am not going back and they lost a loyal customer...would definitely say a NO NO for all for any service...especially the new girl with short hair and glasses with dusky complexion don't ever go to her...hope it helps you all to make wise decision.. read more

My husband has been coming here for years and after he told me about this place and tried for the first time, I was sold. The pricing is very fair and their service is superb. My fiance went to this salon earlier today for a hair trim and to get his beard shaped up and this is what he sent me via text message " so babe I went into the place by my job for a cut and the guy behind the desk is on the phone and just shoos me off to the chair, then the lady who cut my hair was on the phone and she asked me what I wanted and I told her just a trim and a shape up and she ended up cutting off my side burns completely, I hadn't even looked yet before she finally turned me to the mirror, she asked me about my beard and I specifically defined where I wanted it cut, leaving it attached to my mustache. But instead, she shaved the right part of my face all the way down to my chin and left the left side of my face alone. She also disconnected my mustache from my beard on the right side. Mind you I went in with a full beard. She did it so quick without even asking me I couldn't stop her. So I just paid the exact amount and left, while the guy in the front was on the phone the whole time, rudely asked me if I paid, I said yes, and then told me to 'get out then'." He came home a few minutes ago and it looks absolutely awful, and we are suppose to go away this weekend. I don't know how this place has 4 stars with such poor customer service. read more
