Joanne was the one that did my eyelashes. She was very nice and did a pretty good job in a short amount of time. However there are several things that made this experience less than great. 1. I didn't see any makeup remover in the bathroom. So I told Joanne I still have eyeshadow on. She looked at my eyes and said as long as I don't have mascara it's okay. Later I saw they did have makeup remover in a different location. I wish she would've pointed it out to me since you're not suppose to get the lashes wet in 24 hours. Later at night I had to carefully remove my eyeshadow with a q tip. 2. They don't really offer you printed after care instructions. Also the spoolie given is not in a bag or anything which is a bit unhygienic. 3. This is the part that really bothered me. Kim said she'll honor the groupon price of $69. Later when I was ready to pay, Joanne told me she gave me mink lashes which is $20 extra because I have weak lashes. She never asked me if I would like the upgrade for more money. I really dislike this type of business practice. So if you're doing the groupon make sure you're just getting the regular lashes and they're not "upgrading" it to anything else.

When I got there they took me in fairly quickly. The facial space is quite small and it smelled good, like a fruity fragrance. The woman who did my facial was very nice, she did try to upsell me on a "brightening facial" twice while doing my treatment but I had to decline because I get peels and facials from my dermatologist office that is covered under my insurance. After the treatment they gave me collagen sheet mask. I've gotten a few dermaplane treatments from Groupon on the past, they always coming with cleansing and separate custom facial beforehand but it seems like here they try to upsell you for that. This is probably the worst dermaplane I've ever had. Unfortunately I left with several tiny cuts on face. I know that it could happen accidentally but it was more than 3 separate spots and my whole face is very sensitive now. I am very disappointed and will not be back in the future.

They also told my mother they thought it was odd I called yesterday to move my appointment up an hour because my work schedule was changed it couldn't be moved because the tech would still be with another client which I was told so she was not traveling there just for me. Not once was i told about the policy but it also is no where on their website which the owner stated it was and it wasn't until after I was told of the charges it showed up. The lashes started falling out that night. By Wednesday, there were barely any lashes left. I took photos and sent them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude when I let her know how bad the lashes were. Ashley refused to make it right and tried to blame me. She even threatened me with police action if I tried to dispute it with the credit card, which is an interesting business practice. She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Go somewhere reputable. That's certainly not here.
