I always get gel nails and love a good nail art moment, and Miki can always pull off any design I bring to the table. All my sets have lasted long enough for my nails to grow out, get cut, and then some. I'm a nurse, so I wash my hands all the time, but these nails not only stay on, but stay uncracked! Today, I started getting texts that they moved my appointment to 12:00. Then I got another message asking for my ETA, followed by more messages changing the time again, first to 12:22, then 12:23, then 12:25. At that point, I had no idea what my actual appointment time even was. I told them I could arrive at 12:15 or earlier if needed, but the constant changes made it impossible to plan. I canceled because the whole thing was so disorganized. Then they told me I was a "no-show" for my original appointment and said they would charge a cancellation fee, even though they were the ones repeatedly changing the time. Completely unprofessional. Poor communication, no respect for your time, and chaotic scheduling. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
