I've purchased a Groupon here before. I tried to use it then they said they are not honoring the Groupon any more. I do not recommend.

Lashes were not symmetrical or natural looking. One side has so much clumped up lash adhesive and does not follow the lash line (this the unnatural look). Also all the lashes were the same length, and way to heavy/long for my natural lashes. It was under $100 so I guess I got what I paid for. read more

I went here for the first time this past June. This was also my first time ever getting lash extensions. I was impressed by how painless the process was (I had always assumed it would be painful considering how sensitive the eye area is). Laura gave me exactly what I wanted (the "sexy" look), which is noticeably longer/fuller without being too dramatic. Mornings are much easier now that I don't have to worry about mascara or eyeliner. I made sure not to wet my eyes when showering or washing my face (wash cloths have been my best friend), and my lashes ended up lasting for exactly 3 weeks before they got lackluster. Despite being sensitive to glues and other chemicals, I was not irritated at all during the 3 weeks. I just got a fill-in (pics attached) and will definitely go back to Laura in another 3 weeks. read more

Laura provided great service! She was gentle with placing the eyelashes on and explained in full detail what she was doing. Ive been to other lash places before but Laura nailed it and Ive never felt prettier. She explained how she likes to make sure everyone feels beautiful afterwards and her goal to to place the perfect amount of lashes on with length. She took me on time and we spoke the whole time. I used to go to this lash studio a couple years ago with positive results so I figured I would go back....big mistake. I was getting my lashes done for vacation. About a week later while I was on vacation, my lashes on the right side started falling out leaving a big gap. I sent a photo of my lashes to the owner Judy. I made an appointment thinking they would fix them. It was about 2 weeks after my initial lash appointment and she charged me 85.00! The initial application was 100 then they charged me 120.00 plus a tip. After I paid the 85.00 and left with much disappointment the owner Judy had the nerve to follow me out the door asking for a tip! I told her what I thought about her poor customer service. The first 2x I went to this establishment, the outcome was perfect. Nice lashes, long lasting. On my third visit, the experience was the same but the lashes fell out within a week. Owner agreed to fix and then proceeded to upsell lash shampoo/serum. A few days later, I got a severe eye infection that required antibiotic eye drops. There is no privacy in studio. I sat on a couch (in the same room) while another customer was receiving service. Finally, if you pay with a cc, there is a "banking fee" added to the purchase. I will not go back. read more

I honestly tried to give this place a fair chance. I wanted to like it because it was convenient and the staff was nice. However, they do not honor their Groupon deals. You can always expect to pay $20 or $30 more than the price listed on Groupon. They say it's an up-charge for fuller lashes. (I've been there at least 4 times and have seen a confrontation with other customers regarding Groupon EVERY time that I was there.)I paid the up-charge because I wanted more fuller lashes. Once my lashes were done, they looked nice initially but starting falling out literally the next day. This happened every time that I went. I expressed my concerns to the lash tech and she kept offering me the chance to come back. I let her fix them once before but they just started falling out when I left again. It's also an inconvenience to keep having to go back because my lashes were not done properly in the first place. It's frustrating to spend this amount of money then have all of your lashes fall out by the next week. It's honestly embarrassing to be walking around with noticeable gaps in your lashes I won't be going back. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for almost 4 years now and Westfield Eyelash Extension provided by far the best lash extension service I have ever received. Laura the owner took amazing care of me, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and gave me a gorgeous and FULL set of lashes. the lashes are priced cheap but I will never come back here again. The amount of glue she used on my lashes didn't make sense. I could barely open my eyes when she was done. Also had to come back and have the owner fix the lashes because they were stuck together and some of the lashes were on my actual eye lid which was insane to me, that's before I even went home. Do not go here! They rip you off. You go in and ask for a set and then they charge you more and when I asked why she said I gave you the better lash. I said I didn't ask for it, still had to pay higher price. I let that slide and went again for a refill. She said it's $70. I said your website says $50. She told me that's wrong, so I showed her on my phone. She said I will have to fix that and still charged me $70, she would not honor the price on her site! After some time I saw a groupon and it says nothing about first time customers, it specifically says it can be purchased and used every 90 days. So I called and told her I had it and she said she won't accept it because I'm not a new customer. I told her she lost a customer. Really unprofessional and they rip you off. Stay away! Luckily, I was able to change my groupon and go to a better place that treats their customers right. read more

Do not go here! I bought a Groupon for this place and called to make an appointment. I asked for a Saturday morning, she said the earliest I could get was at 1 pm. I said ok and mentioned I had a Groupon. The women I spoke with told me "No Groupon customers allowed on Saturdays" I asked why and I was told "Because Saturday's are too busy for Groupon people." So I made an appointment for Monday at 5:30, an appointment I had to leave work early to make. I got there right at 5:30 to a closed down salon, no lights, door locked, and not a person in sight. I called to find out what was going on and was told they shut down early because they "had no appointments left for the day" I said that I had an appointment for 5:30 and was told I was wrong and didn't have an appointment. She then asked me to come in the following day and I said I couldn't take off work early again. She said I could make a Saturday appointment and I asked if I actually could since I was a Groupon customer and had already been told that they do not accept Groupon customers on weekends. She said she could take me at 11 am. That was the same Saturday I tried booking earlier when I was told that the earliest she had available was at 1 pm. I cancelled my Groupon and will never ever go to this place. So glad I didn't waste any more of my time or money!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Horrible service. The first time i made an appointment for 12:00pm and the store was locked with no one there until 15 mins later. Today I made a 3:00pm appointment at i called ahead at 10:00am. When I show up they are swamped and did not have an available appointment until Monday. Wish they hd better service and I would come again. read more

Usually I don't write negative reviews at all because I understand that things happen but I gave this salon THREE chances. I saw a Groupon online and decided to go to this salon to get my lashes done. The staff was very friendly and one of the ladies took me right away. When she was done I was satisfied with the results. It wasn't bad for how much I paid, however, a little over one week most of the lashes fell out. I was disappointed but decided to go back for a refill and see if I could book with someone else. The next person I saw was Judy who did and amazing job on my lashes and most importantly took her time. My lashes stayed for over two weeks. When it was time for a refill again of course I wanted to book with Judy again but it turns out she was on vacation so I ended up going back to the lady who had primarily done my lashes. I wasn't happy about that but I thought maybe this time would be better. WRONG. When I arrived the place was packed. At least four people were waiting in lobby, and two getting their lashes done. With ONLY two workers there. I mentioned that I had an appointment and I was seen right away (one lady finished a minute after I arrived). The lady who did my lashes seemed to be in a hurry because they were trying to accommodate everyone in a timely matter. As a result, all my lashes fell out in less than a week. Yesterday I called them early in the morning and spoke with Laura the manager and told her how dissatisfied and upset I was over this because I felt like it was a waste of my $70. She apologized and told me that she will fix it but she still has to charge me?? Anyways, I reluctantly agreed seeing as I had no other choice and scheduled an appointment for that same day. When I arrived I told her my name and appointment time and she was showing me to the SAME lady that did my lashes before when we had agreed over the phone that her herself (Laura) would do it. When I pointed this out to her she seemed annoyed but took me anyway. HUGE mistake! Laura was so rough with my lashes and eyes I almost walked out TWICE. She was taking off my own lashes with the fake ones. I literally felt her plucking them out! On top of that she put tape to lift my eyelids and my eye was practically opened so the strong fumes from the glue kept burning them. We had to stop multiple times for her to hand me a mini fan. There's so much more but overall I would not recommend this salon unless it's your last resort. I gave as much as two stars because they do honor appointments and because of Judy's service. read more

I came here for the first time today and I was nicely welcomed. I had a groupon for eyelash extensions and they made me cancel the order because they said they only get $20 of what i pay for. The procedure was fine besides the loud atmosphere due to workers who came in to fix something in the store. I go to pay and hand them a debit card for them to tell me they didn't want that type of payment because there's too much tax taken out? They then asked me to walk down the street to 7/11 to get cash from an atm even though they had the option of paying with card but just didn't want me to pay that way. I then proceed to give the women who did my eyelashes a $4 tip and another women came over to tell me I didn't give her enough tip and that she wanted more. They prefer a 20% tip which is way more then I have ever tipped someone at any other store so after being guilted I gave her 5 more dollars. Overall after walking down the street to get them their money that they wanted but certainly did not deserve due to the way they were barging about money I don't recommend coming here. It clearly seems to be all about the money and although they were very kind about the whole situation they put me in a very uncomfortable spot when it came to me paying and that would most definitely stop me from going again. read more
