The facial spa is super clean and modernly decorated with beautiful displays for all face products they're selling. The front desk staff was really friendly and offered me water and chocolate after checking in. I love that Ashley went over my skincare routine and face concerns, answered any questions I had, and gave me the option of a silent facial or one where she talks about the different steps as she's going through it. I opted for the latter and learned a lot. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I'm really looking forward to my next facial! Thank you Ashley!

I don't usually write reviews…read morebut decided to since I called up the salon after to explain my unhappiness so they could " make it right" and they never even called me back! My pedicure was SO fast .. I didn't even get a foot massage. My biggest complaint is that my nails chipped by the afternoon and I let them dry for 30 minutes and even asked before leaving if I was good to go! Every single nail was chipped and peeling by that night and I had a party. I would never go back again! They should have called me back and offered a credit or a new manicure.
