It is extremely clear that she is not only VERY talented, but also extremely passionate about what she does. Making sure that my brows were beautiful, and I was happy was so important to her throughout the entire process. It took me a very very long time to decide that I was going to get my eyebrows Microbladed, I looked at a ton of different places, read thousands of reviews, and decided based on what I saw that I would book a consultation at GlamBrows. My consultation was incredible, Patty went through the entire process with me, made it very clear what was going to take place during the appointment, how important aftercare was, and what I needed to know in terms of shape and color. She laid out every step of the aftercare with me, which I was extremely nervous about after reading other peoples experiences, and made me feel so much more comfortable. I had a TON of questions, and she was so patient and understanding. She made it very clear to me the process of healing, and took a significant amount of time to make sure I was comfortable with the shape we both decided on together. After my appointment, I of course started panicking when the brows starting peeling and changing (which was already explained to me at length by Patty is extremely normal!!!!!) and when I texted her with any questions, she reassured me every time that the process was normal, sent me diagrams and links in order to make me feel more at ease. When I went back in for my touch up, she was as excited as I was at how beautiful my brows still looked. I have been wanting to get my brows microbladed for some time now, but was nervous because anything being done to your face is a huge deal. I will start by saying my eyebrows were sparse in places and not a flattering shape for my face. My brow tails grow under my the bone so it was hard to give myself a good arch & gave me a sad or angry look. I was way too nervous to do something semi-permanent & know people who went cheap and had a bad experience. After a personal recommendation and research, I decided to have Patty do my brows. I took my friend in for a consultation and she had spent so much time with her explaining every single step that had to be done. I am so happy to find GLAMBROWS. I needed someone professional with high skill to fix a previous brow procedure that didn't turn out to good. Patty was professional, educational and provided me with a few recommendations to achieve my goal( have normal color brows that matched my coloring, my brows where gray!!) I left after ONE session with a color that was incredible. She put my needs above her financial gain, that is unheard of today. She was ok with me leaving with no treatment, or getting a laser treatment and delaying my brow enhancement appointment with her which would leave her with a block of time with no financial gain. Patty is AMAZINGLY! I lost my brows due to medical treatment used to fight cancer. I was drawing eyebrows on each morning -- and not getting the results I wanted. I went to another salon to get my brows tattooed. It was easier than drawing them on, but the result was quite temporary and the brows lacked symmetry.
