Very friendly staff. While not everyone was able to help us with the HD window treatments specifically, they tried hard to answer our questions, and obviously felt bad that we were waiting around not being helped -- only because the Suzanne was occupied with another couple. Once we were helped, we got a price breakdown. There was definitely no upselling. She gave us affordable options, explained the different types of window treatments (the benefits of motorized ones to regular pull downs) and also price points of more expensive options. We left after making an appointment with the designer, who takes preliminary measurements and a more detailed price estimate. After that, Chris came for more exact measurements, then we waited until the product was made. Fast forward 8 weeks later (a large custom sized shade), Chris came back to install, and within 45 minutes of his arrival, it was all done -- we had our pull down black out shades. Very happy, blocks out a lot of light, and waking up in the morning is a lot less painful without the sun beaming straight into our eyes. Would recommend!

That was August 5th. since then Edwin promises the pillow shortly, soon, in 2 weeks, etc. I even went to his store on that day he said the pillow would be ready but the pillow is not done. now he ignores my calls and texts. I write this after 4 months of waiting. my recommendation is hold back money on his jobs until everything is complete.

When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.

If you're looking to do microblading, look no further! I spent a few months researching…read moremicroblading places but always found a flaw in them. I needed someone I could trust 100% with my eyebrows. I never got that feeling with places. I stumbled upon Glam Brows on Yelp. I read a few reviews, checked out their website & followed them on Instagram. I followed Patti's work for about a month on Instagram. I knew her style was what I was looking for. I wanted a natural look and not something that looked like I just filled my eyebrows in. I knew I wanted to do microblading but was still scared. I saw online Glam Brows was running a promotion so I decided to sign up. Patti contacted me immediately to set up a time to talk. When we spoke on the phone I knew right away I could trust her and would choose her to do my eyebrows. She's sweet, informative & really listens to you. She explained the whole process on the phone and answered any in initial questions I had. I told her I would feel more comfortable if we set up a consultation, which she said she recommends to everyone. I brought my mom along with me for my consultation because she was skeptical about the microblading process. Patti answered all of our questions, explained the entire process and did not glamorize it at all. I love her because she's completely honest and up front with you. She isn't just going to tell you what you want to hear. After leaving the consultation, even my mom loved her! She knew she was someone we could trust and would make my eyebrows look the way I wanted. You shouldn't chose a place because it's"cheap or it's the first place you find. You should do your research and should feel 100% comfortable with your esthetician. Fast forward to the day I got the microblading. I was anxious and nervous and although I knew I 100% wanted to do this, it was scary! I was mostly nervous about the pain. I don't have a high pain tolerance and I wasn't excited to lay there for 2 hours. Patti kept reassuring me it was going to be fine and the pain was minimal. She kept asking if I was okay and told me we could take a break whenever I needed to. I also love how detail oriented she is and how clean her space is. You can tell she takes her work seriously and she's there for YOU. She doesn't answer phone calls in between the tattooing. Your time with her is strictly for you. I am now at 2 weeks post touch-up. Let me just say, FOLLOW HER INSTRUCTIONS. There is a list of pre and post instructions. Follow them. You won't regret it. I followed them to a T and she said my eyebrows healed amazing - it was one of the best she's seen. My eyebrows are still healing so they're a bit patchy. But I am over the moon happy with the outcome. I wake up in the morning with perfect eyebrows. They look so natural that no one can tell they're microbladed. I can't recommend Patti & Glam Brows enough. If you're still skeptical, just give her a call or set up a consultation. I can assure you after meeting her you'll love her as much as I do!
