One stop shopping for the kids, gifts needed. Margaret goes above and beyond. She makes sure what she sells is top notch. She goes out of her way for her customers. LOVE it! I don't usually shop consignment but after my first stop in at Milk Money, I think I might be a convert. The brands are great, prices are too, considering that the clothes are in like-new condition. I bought a Janie and Jack swing coat in camel for E and a pink fox hat from the Gap. This place gives consignment a whole new name. I mean, where else are you going to find really great clothing brands (I'm talking Janie and Jack, Mini Boden, Crewcuts, Ralph Lauren, Lands End, just to name a few) for a fraction of the price?? Probably no where worth a damn. (Sorry?) Margaret, the owner, takes in some awesome things and is really meticulous about the items she accepts so the quality is going to be on point. Milk Money not only offers clothing but also shoes, coats, toys, baby gear and the occasional piece of furniture, all in gently-used condition. And it's name brand stuff, people! On top of all this awesome, if you have some amazing items sitting around your house (really clean, no stains, snags, or tears, etc.) you can sign up to consign and earn yourself some extra cash! WHY does this place keep sounding better and better?? Because it's fantastic. And it's a local small business that needs to stick around for as long as possible. There are other Milk Money locations however this one, IMHO, is the best kept one. I dare you to go in there and not find something. Fun to stop in and maybe score a good deal but generally, waaay overpriced. Almost everything is marked way up for consignment prices especially on baby clothes. Perfect example: there was a brand new Cherokee brand plain tshirt on the rack marked at $6.00. This is Walmart brand and sells for $2.00 brand new in the store. read more

This store is great for anyone who has little ones. The new space is great, very bright and filled with tons of clothes and toys. The store is always clean and the stuff is in great condition. My kids love coming here too since she has toys out so they can play while I can shop. Win win! read more

Limited selection and a little over priced, but I still stop by to check inventory every so often

Came here on Saturday for the grand re-opening and will definitely be back. The store is laid out logically, by gender, size and type, and even though it was really crowded in there, I found everything I needed. Ended up buying a Little Marc Jacobs dress for $12 and a Snapping Turtle Kids swim cover up for $9. If you love Janie and Jack, you'll be thrilled because about 50% of the clothes is by that brand. The others are mostly Ralph Lauren, Gap Kids, JoJo Maman and a few others I can't remember. I loved the shoe bins in the back, and when my kiddo is sports/dance age, I'll be browsing those boxes for cleats and ballet shoes! The staff were all incredibly nice too. I wish they had more big ticket items like strollers, big toys, etc, but understandably, the space would be an issue. read more

the prices are great and I go there for seasonal clothing for my kids like costumes, holiday wear and dance wear. The shopping here cant be rushed if you want to score a decent bargain on a quality item. there is a lot of hunting, and sorting involved. this type of shopping is hit or miss. read more

I have both bought and consigned here. Positive experience for both. I have never seen clothing items over $10. She only takes higher end name brands in great condition. Convenient metered street and covered garage parking available. Limited hours though. Only open a few days a week till 5. No late nights (Most of Cranford seems to stay open till 7 or 8 on Thursdays for those of us with day jobs.) read more
