While she was wrapping, I called the salon where I work and I asked the receptionist to get my appointment shampooed. Then I paid and was on my way. A couple of hours later, my receptionist comes in to my room and tells me that the girl from precious cargo called to see if there is a Dana that works here. Apparently when she was wrapping my gifts she left one of the items out. She called around to several different salons to find me, and then delivered the gift. My wife and I have shopped in Little Ones for 5 years and have spent several thousand dollars annually for gifts for our grandchildren and other children. Little Ones has quality merchandise, even though the prices tend to be expensive in comparison to other retail/online children's stores. We just recently learned from our children that they have been treated poorly on several occasions by the owner and manager [2 different people] when they tried to return gift items and exchange them and/or receive a store credit for a future purchase. Having heard this, I went to the store today and spoke to both people to let them know my surprise, and shock frankly, and the owner implied that my daughter-in-law must be lying; that no such mistreatment ever occurred; which I know not to be the case. Apparently, we now have learned that store policies, none of which are posted anywhere in the store itself, provide that (1) gifts accompanied by a gift receipt [which we always get but never see before boxed and wrapping of purchases] expire after a certain amount of days, and (2) store credits cannot be used for certain purchases. And this applies even now even in light of the current retail situation resulting from the pandemic. My suggestion to the owner that she should rethink her policies fell on flat ears. In light of these experiences we will not be shopping at Little Ones ever again, and I would suggest to others to beware of doing so.

I Googled for a place and LikeWear came up but it didn't open till 10. Called when they opened and they said to come over. I did. Their graphic designer, Phillip, sat with me as we designed individualized shirts for each person. They had all the shirt sizes in stock. In an hour, I walked out with awesome shirts (and at a reasonable price for custom designs). My wife and I wore ours to the hospital. I would say that it is fairly understaffed, and whenever we go, lines are usually 10+ people deep with only 1 register open... Maybe open a second one? Aside from that, they have everything to do with babies in the store... They like everyone else have 5x more girls clothes options than boys, but what can you do! For every 1 Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day outfit they have for boys there are like 9 for girls lol! They usually do not have someone sitting by the baby registry in the front or the bedding area in the back. Just the 1 cashier, 2 people doing stock... Sometimes someone at customer services doing returns. Come to think of it, Ive never really seen more than 4-5 employees in any BBB lol! Other than that, the store is pretty clean, some people, me included dont put things back in the right spot... If you dont bring it back, just bring it to checkout and say you dont want this item... Its easier for them to collect it 1 spot than go around the store thinking why are there bed sheets next to webcams lol!
