Nicole suggested I come back for an Alena Leena trunk show, and I'm so grateful I did. At my second appointment, Angelica helped me and was an amazing listener--she really understood my vision and helped guide me without ever pushing me in a direction that didn't feel like "me." Got a skirt with some fringe that runs very small. Normally I'm a medium and a large didn't even zipper. I gave it to my friend for a bachelorette party (she is half my size-very tiny girl) the skirt immediately broke & when I called the store to return or exchange it they wouldn't let me. I told them it was broke and still had the tag on it and they would not work with me at all bc it was past the exchange date (no returns allowed) even tho it was unworn with the tag....Horrible return policy and horrible quality! I'm sure other items have better quality but after my experience I will not be returning. I was excited for the store when I first walked in but it was a huge disappointment.
