I rented tuxedos from here for my wedding, and Horace and company did an excellent job making sure that our suits looked good and fit just the way we wanted. Alterations were done on premise when we came to try on our suits, and when we noticed that the wrong colored pocket squares were ordered, they had them for us the next day. Customer service and quality were excellent and would highly suggest using them for your affair. read more

I have never written a bad review on any establishment before. The customer service I received from the owner Horace was horrible for my son's senior prom. I went into the tuxedo place on April 30th as well as paid in full that same day. That same day of April 30th they said my son would have his tuxedo a full week in advance prior to the prom June 14th. Went back two week before the prom to get measurements on his PANTS. That same day they said I would be able to pick up his stuff on that Monday. Monday I called repeatedly, no answer left voicemail no call back. Called again on Wednesday put me on hold for 30 minutes while looking for my ticket. Then they said they would call me back and never did. So I go the next day THE DAY BEFORE THE PROM soon as I walk in the door Horace says the tux is NOT READY CLAIMING the jacket wasn't ready. Mind You the jacket wasn't the problem it was the pants. Mind you I PAID for this tuxedo on APRIL 30th. Then they refuse to give me money back or at least a little money back for not having the tux on time. After paying $450, Claim they would call me the next day at 12:00 never called on FRIDAY the day of his PROM. When my husband and son got there to try the tux on it wasn't the tux I ordered. He argued with me claiming that's what I ordered. The stitching on the jacket looked like a amateur did it. I was not happy with this it was very unprofessional. Then had the nerve to tell my husband "tell your wife to call me for an adjustment on the bill". My husband had my credit card for the adjustment. I called and once again put me in hold for 20 mins and said Horace will call me back. I'm still waiting. Please don't do business with him. Horace I will put this on EVERY social media there is until I get an adjustment on my bill for that horrible job you did on the tuxedo. read more
