I needed a fitting room and a younger male employee caught my attention from across the store and came over to help me in a timely manner. Even the security guard was nice and welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. Check out moved quickly as they had four employees on the register. Overall, I found some really good sales and left with some great stuff.

The reason why I gave it two stars is because of the rude man who works there. As i was coming in the store, I was two feet behind him and he did not hold the door for me. Then once inside I needed a stocking to try on the shoe. I said Excuse me 3x before he said Yes. He never turned around to look at me. He answered me with his back to me. I've come here a few times to get shoes repaired for my client. The process is usually pretty…read moresmooth. He or myself call in or drop off the shoes for repair and a week or so later we'll get a call alerting to pick up. The staff have always been pleasant via phone and in person and are patient with my client who needs a bit of time to get his words out. The prices on the repair are fair, done in a timely manner and as a result kept him coming back for years. The shop appears to have been around for some time but well stocked, with all sorts of shoes from regular to orthopedic and I like the 1/2 off sock bucket which is encouraging to while you're already dealing with footwear. If you need shoes and bit more, give them a try. There are other shops and restaurants on the avenue if this is an errand stop.

This Marshall's is the lesser of the two closest to me. It's not quite as big and even less…read moreorganized. I'm guessing they don't have an opportunity to recover after crowds of people come which I get, but all the sections look like the need some TLC. Outside of this, it's all the goodness inside you can expect from Marshalls. Food items, kitchen supplies and clothes, but because it isn't as big or organized or even nicely laid out it just falls short. Like other Marshall's and stores similar to it, they suffer from this long line rule which is already bad, but because this Marshall's is already a bit rough venturing through, it makes the line even worse here. Because Marshall's are has this similar rule but this one has other issues, I say 2 and 1/2. Hopefully it can improve a bit.

So as we walk in it was about 6-8 employees in there no lie, not one employee say welcome or hello, to keep ot not one employee acknowledged us the whole time we walked around the store and im not exaggerated. For my daughter to say daddy why nobody asked us if we needed help was a problem...so I walked up and down around and around and still nobody said a word to us..All the employees were leaning on the racks, laughing a d joking basically it was bad business..these people should be happy to have a job with all this madness going on but naw anyway my princess saw a couple of pair of sneaker she wanted so I told her to take a picture of all the ones you want..as she snapping pics away no one still didn't say anything to her nor myself...so I kindly grab my princess and got the fuck out of there..ibtook the pictures she took and bought them from the store up the street..and i bought myself 3 pair so they messed up that sale and my business cause I wo t ever go back in that store ever..it was Wednesday July 22 @ around 330ish that I went there so if the manager wants to run the video and see how his terrible floor sales employees were he can.
