Joseph helped scan his feet and then picked out 3 pairs for my husband to try on and asked him how each pair felt and what he liked/didn't like about each one. He thoroughly explained the difference between the pairs and made sure that my husband was thoroughly happy with the pair he picked. He also asked if we were interested insoles and socks and added these to our purchase. We came close to closing and he didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was also helping another woman at the same time but made sure that both us and the other woman had the attention we needed. At the end, he rang us up, carried our bag and walked us to the door. 11/10 service! Joseph is patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.
