Anna is a beautiful woman, both inside and out. I am an employment specialist. My job is to help find individuals with disabilities employment. One of my clients has an interview next week, and needs a good pair of shoes. I called Anna and she recommended just the pair of shows that would be right for my client's line of work AND is professional enough to wear on an interview; she even put them on hold for me! The next day I went to pick up the shoes; unfortunately, I arrived just after the store was shut. Anna was kind enough to let me in, after hours, so that I could make my purchase. Furthermore, she waited until my client tried on the shoes. She wanted to ensure they were the right size. This is enough to show how above and beyond this woman went for my client; however, I am not done yet! Much to my client's dismay, the shoe could not fit over the brace that he wears (my client is partially paralyzed and needs to wear a brace on his left foot). Thus, Anna took the time to find other pairs of shoes to meet my client's needs. Remember, THIS WAS ALL BEING DONE AFTER THE STORE WAS CLOSED! This woman is truly incredible. Very disappointed with the store owner , Anna. Several times I bought shoes there she was overly nice. However ONCE I went to exchange (not even return) a pair of toddler's shoes only two days after purchase, she was extremely rude and offensive. I reminded her that when I bought these shoes she told me that I could exchange them if they didn't fit, but she lied to my face saying she never said that and kept shouting "NO NO NO" I was astonished - never seen this kind of service before.
