When I called, they stated that they had none of the shoes left in any color in the size I had asked for. Why was it so hard for them to write that in the email? (bye bye star #1) So, I went online to see what they had that would be comparable. They had the exact same shoe in a fabric instead of leather. Why didn't the salesperson suggest this to me on the phone? Did they give a cuss about making a sale? No! (bye bye star #2) So, I call to ask them to simply exchange the shoe I returned for that one (which they had in the size I needed). They said they would, and the gentleman on the phone also said that he would refund me the shipping charge back to my account because it was an exchange. This NEVER HAPPENED. (bye bye star #3) This is when it got ugly. It was now a full week later, and I still had not received the shoes. They didn't send me any tracking information at all. When I called to tell them that the shoes were useless to me by now, they told me that there was nothing they could do about the missing shoes because they had been signed for. "I didn't sign for them, my delivery man didn't sign for them.. where the cuss were these shoes? And, what the hell do you mean, there's nothing you can do about them? Don't you have insurance?" "I'm sorry mam, but we don't take out insurance on anything under $500". (bye bye star #4). If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would. Excellent team there today. However, I had a great experience with the associate Ireona. Her recommendations, quick thinking, patience, and sincerity resulted in my changing my mind. I have only ever done my eye exam there. I have never purchased any contacts or glasses prior. The woman who rang me up at the register corrected me, saying that it's about medium sized as there are multi-level Burlington stores out there. She was friendly, which gets points from me. The only thing that bugged me a little were all shoplifting-prohibited-you're-on-camera signs everywhere, but that's just how things are at all Burlington stores.

To drop off items for donation, you can just bring you car to the front of the shop, and there are large plastic bins where you can place your items. There is usually an employee there who can advise you, and can also give you a slip to fill out for tax deductions. Tip - If you do drop off items for donation, they have been giving out coupons you can use in the store too. We were able to get an additional 20% off this way!
