To drop off items for donation, you can just bring you car to the front of the shop, and there are large plastic bins where you can place your items. There is usually an employee there who can advise you, and can also give you a slip to fill out for tax deductions. Tip - If you do drop off items for donation, they have been giving out coupons you can use in the store too. We were able to get an additional 20% off this way!

They priced them between $25 & $35 each (I normally find them for $5-$10 each. I can get them on eBay for less! In addition, the clothing prices are way high too. On the positive, they have good selection of clothing. If you shop via the sale colors you will get a good bargain.
