This small consignment store in Madison, NJ is cram packed with kids stuff and smells like a moldy basement. It's hard to move around in there if you're with more than 3-4 people. There's not much in the way of younger kid's stuff (toddler and younger) but you never know what you might find. It's a great stop if you're looking for a costume for a school play or want a pile of useless DVDs. Just don't call the fire marshall! read more

As far as consignment shops go- This one is great. It's everything you could ask of a second hand shop- bursting at the seams- but anything and everything that would could ever want or be looking for - At reasonable prices. This place gives me severe anxiety. There's barely any room to move due to the massive amount of stuff piled high. This place reminds me of some place they would document on the TLC show "Hoarders". Not only is it incredibly disorganized , but the place smells like the inside of sweaty shoes. For the environment the products are in, you'd expect dirt cheap prices, not the case. $20 for a J Crew sweater that's stuffed into a rack that you can barely browse? If the prices were right I could perhaps muster the strength to dig through and find some treasures. Don't know why this place hasn't been shut down for being a fire hazard. read more

I literally could not get to the part of the store with my daughters size clothing because of boxes piled in the way. The service is top notch - I have received calls on many separate occasions when looking for something specific and they have it in the size and color I need. Not only have I been able to drop things off no matter what time of year or season, I rarely leave without a treasured item for one of my three children, myself or my husband - often new with tags or in excellent condition! A friendly staff who can help you find exactly what you are looking for and everything you didn't know you needed. They have a huge inventory that is deceptively well organized. If you get excited about "the hunt", this is your place! If you are overwhelmed by lots of choices, ask ANY of the hysterical staff busily buzzing about the merch. This place calls itself consignment but it's no better than any Salvation Army. It's crowded; don't bring small children or infants here, because toys and other heavy objects often fall off the shelves and occasionally hit people or nearly miss them. It's surprising no one's been injured yet. Also, the same clothes are always there, even though they keep overstuffing the shelves. It's a good place to bring junk if you want to make a few bucks, but they donate most of what people bring them. If you want a good shopping experience with a decent selection, don't come here. read more

I don't know how it is there aren't more reviews for this shop, positive or negative. I had gone in a few times, but the shop is so very crowded it's almost overwhelming and hard to find anything. Regardless, they seem to have a lot of customers so I decided I was going to consign here and proceeded to bring in a bag of nice clothes, about 12-15 items. The owner quickly looked at my items and said they weren't "good enough" and I didn't understand what "sort of items they consign" (These were Children's Place, Osh Kosh, Carter's, and Justice brand). Not exactly sure what that meant considering they accept and sell Old Navy but a customer there saw this interaction and actually suggested a few other stores to me. I decided to have a friend who was already a consignor bring the exact bag of clothes in, and the store happily took them. I have never gone back, and never will. I now bring all my clothes to another local consignment store that is happy to have my items. read more

I have been shopping here my entire life! Although the store may look very full, it is very organized and the store owner Liz knows where every item that comes into the store is located. With the friendly staff that are always willing to help hunt down any specific item, and the endless amounts of items to sift through, you can almost always find what you're looking through here. Many HIGH END items are sold here, and all of my lululemon, jcrew, free people, Nike, adidas, etc items have been purchased here, looking brand new. This place is amazing, and is the best for any bargain shopper! I highly recommend it for anything looking to shop for items for infants all the way up to items for adults. read more

My mom has been coming here for over 15 years and I can see why. The variety is amazing. They have clothes from baby to juniors, and also shoes, accessories, and even sports equipment. The owner is such a nice woman who is friendly and welcoming. Not only are the items clean and in great condition, but a lot of them are high end for extremely reasonable prices! They also have a really good selection of books, movies, and toys, which is great for teachers looking for a good deal. I wouldn't come here if I was in a rush though; you need to dig around for a while to get the full experience and the best stuff. But it's hard not to leave there without bags full of awesome items! read more
