Steep, I felt, but it would be worth it in the end. 3 weeks more, again, after not hearing from them, I called to find out it was ready for pick up. If you know Citizen watches, you know they are not the average "wind and go" watches. When I went in to retrieve it, the time was not set, the date was wrong, and more importantly the reference position of all the hands was not correct needing a lengthy and complex 11-step calibration after bringing it home. After paying $240, you'd think they would have made sure it was set to perfection.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Unfortunately, despite 3 emails to John, I've heard nothing back. 3 emails, including earlier correspondence between us, and John appears to have washed his hands clean of a product he sold.
