Unfortunately, despite 3 emails to John, I've heard nothing back. 3 emails, including earlier correspondence between us, and John appears to have washed his hands clean of a product he sold. They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Thanks again for superb service.
