I have found the best place to buy everything. They are so well priced it's crazy. The staff is beyond helpful.

The professionalism here is deplorable…read more Granted, they did say that they are unpaid and here for voluntarily. Still, what is the reason behind stating the indicated operating hours, only to be closed until an hour after said hours? Despicable!! I called the store to inform them of this inconvenience, only to be hit with automatic voicemail. How incompetent and frustrating, not to mention this being the second time. I will come back later during the day when I'm free. But if this continues, I won't be supporting this business any longer and will encourage friends to follow suit

This small, organized thrift store is easy to peruse. It seems to keep up with recent trends, so…read moreyou may be happily surprised with their stock. However, I'm deeply disappointed by the reviewers that have given this place bad reviews. This is a charitable organization that accepts items according to their space, clientele and current stock. What kind of a person gives a charitable organization less than three stars because they wouldn't accept their mom jeans, stained clothes or Thomas Kinkade paintings? I'm sorry bad reviewers, but they (and many other people/organizations) do not want your 1985 Paula Abdul sweatshirt or your Suzanne Somers Somersize VHS. According to the store's website, purchases at this store benefit the uninsured and underinsured at Saint Barnabas Hospice and Palliative Care Center. Happy Shopping!

In September, 2024 I brought in clothes to be consigned at Once & Again consignment shop in Towaco…read more The owner Gina, chose 13 pieces. She told me she would send me the list of what she chose but I never received a copy from her. I took photos of all the pieces she took and I paid the $10 fee and got a receipt for it. On the receipt it said I would get 45% of the sales price and AFTER 90 DAYS, IF UNSOLD, THE CLOTHING WOULD BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE STORE A week later I went in to see how my clothing was priced but only found about half put out. The most expensive pieces were not there. I went through every rack carefully. I asked the owner where they were and she said they were out but didn't have time to show me where. I stopped in 3 more times and could not find any of my expensive pieces anywhere in the store. I took pictures of the racks. Each time the sales person said she was too busy to show me where they were. On Nov. 20, 2024 I stopped in and th saleswoman said 3 were sold but again I couldn't find almost half of my pieces. So I asked the saleswoman to please have the owner call me and I wanted all my unsold clothing back. If I waited much longer the rest would become the property of the store. The next day I received a call from the owner and she said I could come an get my things. I reminder her that I wanted to get a check for the amount owed me. When I came in she gave me the clothes but the expensive pieces still weren't there. Gina said they sold. Hmm- in one day? I received a check from her for what she said sold. Please remember I was never able to confirm what price she asked for those pieces as they were never put out. I feel if I wasn't so diligent I am sure I never would have been paid for those expensive pieces and everything but three pieces would have become their property.

I can't recommend Willing Hearts consignment shop. Conducting fair business is foreign to them…read more Their pricing appears to be way too high. I also suspect some of their "volunteers" are working there to take the better items leaving their shelves depleted.

I want to start of by saying that I have been shopping here for about 18 years. Last week I went…read morethere, took a friend with me that has never been there before. We go to the jewelry section, ask to see the rings. The elderly lady behind the counter was super nice and cooperative. Unbeknownst to us, she was not suppose to let us see the entire tray of rings at a time, which she did. Then comes Tatyana (Russian/Eastern European lady) being rude, condescending, and unprofessional (to the staff and us, the customers) as she raises her voice at the elderly lady saying loudly: "One ring at a time, one ring at a time!" I responded and said that no one told us that and continued shopping. She then keeps walking around the store looking at us in an unpleasant manner. Then we go to check out and another kind elderly lady was there to check us out, but then comes Tatyana again to 'help' as the elderly lady wasn't moving at a pace that's appropriate according to Tatyana. I spent a bit over $60 and my friend a bit over $200. When we were done checking out, Tatyana starts clapping her hands to dismiss/shoo us away (like animals) from the counter while saying: "Okay ladies, okay ladies!" I reiterate, I have been shopping here for 18 years, but am not sure I can/will return to this store, as I have never been as demeaned in my life. I know that the people running the store are volunteers, but it is still a business, and the volunteers should be trained accordingly.
