Unbeknownst to us, she was not suppose to let us see the entire tray of rings at a time, which she did. Then comes Tatyana (Russian/Eastern European lady) being rude, condescending, and unprofessional (to the staff and us, the customers) as she raises her voice at the elderly lady saying loudly: "One ring at a time, one ring at a time!" I responded and said that no one told us that and continued shopping. She then keeps walking around the store looking at us in an unpleasant manner. Then we go to check out and another kind elderly lady was there to check us out, but then comes Tatyana again to 'help' as the elderly lady wasn't moving at a pace that's appropriate according to Tatyana. I spent a bit over $60 and my friend a bit over $200. When we were done checking out, Tatyana starts clapping her hands to dismiss/shoo us away (like animals) from the counter while saying: "Okay ladies, okay ladies!" I reiterate, I have been shopping here for 18 years, but am not sure I can/will return to this store, as I have never been as demeaned in my life. I know that the people running the store are volunteers, but it is still a business, and the volunteers should be trained accordingly.
