First time at this store and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the store was. The woman that checked us out was really nice. I thought the pricing was very fair. PROS: Very nice thrift store I just found the other day on Yelp. People that work there are very nice and there is great variety. The place is clean and organized with a lot of parking CONS: some of the stuff tends to be overpriced. I donate here often, but I won't any more. This is the second time I've had a bad experience donating. I was questioned aggressively about what I was donating and why I was not at school (meanwhile I completed college over 20 yrs ago). I left feeling completely judged and unappreciated. read more

What a terrible experience. Just went to donate 70 vintage glasses. Checked inside first to make sure they would take them. I then proceeded to the donation door where they yelled at me. After explaining that I had checked up front, they still continued to berate me. NEVER AGAIN!.. Used to come here often, as it was worth the drive. Now...not sure. Prices are ridiculous (inflation?) for stuff they get for FREE. I mean if they actually paid for the items sure I get the prices gone up. But this store gets everything donated... Seen dollar tree items for 3x more than the Dollar Tree. It looks like I'll be saving my gas and money for a while. I was going to give one star, but the second star is that they (supposedly) give the money to schools. And the workers are volunteers. If I could give this please negative stars I would. We live in the area and have stopped here for almost 5 years in the last year we've had several incidences that I considered to be overly rude by the management staff. The regular staff is absolutely wonderful however Linda who I'm assuming is a manager or owner of the store as she acts as though no one is important and is rude to everyone has on several occasions now been extremely rude to me. This place takes donations and sells them they are for their profit I overheard the owner who's name I don't know but is a mail telling another customer they make upwards of $30,000 a month! For a place that takes free donations and sell them for profit I cannot believe how they treat their customers today was the final straw when shopping in their store I had about $40 worth of things in my cart this store sells things for mainly two dollars to five dollars so that is a lot of items... Upon finishing up my son told me he needed to go to the bathroom he is two years old and potty training. After finishing in the bathroom I gave him a small lollipop for being a "big boy" and proceeded to the checkout line on my way there I was approached by Linda and told he could not eat it in the store I explain our situation and she said she did not care and that it needed to be thrown out my son threw a fit and here I am trying to reward him I told her we were just paying and we would be leaving and she insisted we throw it out. I have had it with this lady. She is consistently rude (last time she would. It honor a price that was on an item because she didn't agree with how it was priced (mind you in was already on the shelf for over a week before I bought it at the same price.. I did not buy that item) and the time before that that same lady (Linda) refused to take a game back that we discovered was missing pieces when we got home even though it was the next day and I had the receipt!! I'll be contacting the BBB as well. I know there is a sign saying no food on the door but honestly a small lollipop for a calm child who was rewarded for going potty is nothing to treat us like this over... This town is so lovely and the people in it are so nice I don't understand why she needs to treat people like this. My husband has also had several encounters with her that were negative as well I guess it's my fault for continuing to shop here but we are local and I keep hoping she will not be there when we go that's pretty bad... This organization/store is affiliated with the church which makes this even more upsetting. Disgraceful read more

Love this place! My friend took me here recently and I was not disappointed. The inside is very much like a Goodwill or an ARC thrift store. It's very clean inside, bright and cheerful, and well organized. They had just about anything you could think of and more - huge book selection, huge house ware section, furniture, womens' clothing and shoes and sweaters, mens, children's, etc. The day I went it was 50% off womens clothing! This was fantastic but at places like Goodwill & Salv. Army, its the colored system so sometimes you find a great item but its the wrong tag color. Here it was just any womens clothing. I got two awesome, nice shirts for about $3. The store had many things I wanted but I guess I was being on the uber-thrifty side (I have too many clothes & no room!) They also had a lot of awesome looking house wares that I wanted but talked myself out of (again, no room!) This place is a real gem, I recommend it to any one who is dedicated to thrifting. read more

This place has turned into a rip off. Prices are the same as new products in stores and costs to them are free, they are becoming greedy. Who ever is pricing this stuff needs to go look in the malls and see real prices for new items. They even have a boutique section to rip you off even more for second hand clothes. Hardware is also way to expensive and never gets marked down. Someone is running this place is not very charitable to the buyers and just plain greedy. Give this place a wide berth. Even when it us a clear out dealers are in before doors open and empty racks into a basket so they can browse at leisure. read more

Ditto's prices are OUTRAGEOUS AND RIDICULOUS! I realize that everything sold there is donated, that the people who work there donate their time, and that the proceeds go to a Catholic School, but to be quite honest I would rather buy NEW for the same price (because their prices are marked as if the items were) and just make a donation to the Church or School. Ditto, all around greed will bring you less money PLUS taking advantage of the less fortunate is not very Christian. Hopefully you will take our reviews into consideration. read more

What a wacky little spot, you rarely see resale shops with this type of variety and quality not in big cities. They have everything!! clothing, furniture, chotchtkeys, toys, whatchamacallits, and everything else. There's plenty of parking, the hours are great and the stock changes almost daily. read more

I like going to Ditto BUT THEIR PRICES ARE ABSURD for many things. For a store supporting a Christian school one would like to see a little more charity and a little less greed. Let's face it- they are getting their inventory for free-some of it from me! Their used glassware is more expensive than what it costs for new. I have seen USED items with the original price still on them and Ditto's price is HIGHER. Go figure. Some things are reasonably priced-like books. The staff is usually friendly. read more

I shopped the Ditto Upscale Resale thrift store today (1-30-2015) for the first time and let me say it was a smell of fresh air. It had reasonable prices and friendly worker(s). Not only those two things it was really clean and organized very well. The only small thing I have about this place it is a bit farther than I expected but worth the drive. I have both shopped and donated to Ditto since their inception. The floor plan of the store is well thought out with the merchandise displayed in a manner that you can view everything without moving things about, no clutter just visually appealing displays. From seasonal decorations, fine china, a variety of housewares, furniture and designer clothes everything in the store is high quality and SO reasonably priced. I told her about this place being nice(still very organized)and cheap . Well i was shocked how some things you could just honestly go buy brand new. I normally love shopping here. However, the people who worked the donations were absolutely appalling today. My mom and I were bringing about 10-12 bags in and the women working kept complaining under her breath and rolling her eyes when we kept bringing them in. Then she said that you don't accept stuffed animals, which is fine. So we were going to throw them in the dumpster because that what she said to do. The man working screamed at us that they needed to use it for the rest of the week. He could have said "excuse me do you mind not throwing those away here" or "I'm sorry this dumpster is private" instead of screamjng. Horrible customer service. Just came back from another successful shopping trip at ditto! Love it that I can drink my morning coffee out of a Johnston Brothers Christmas pattern mug for $1 and get great tree decorations for .50 cents each. I've been spending time at Ditto since it opened years ago. I love how clean and bright the store is. Doesn't feel like a thrift store. They have quality items from clothes to toys to housewares to furniture and I have found their pricing is great. They often have new items as well. Best of all, the staff goes over the top to help and is always very friendly. I love this place and as a non profit I know my purchases and do go to a good cause. read more

I am a volunteer, and being a widow look forward to spending l/2 day helping there. All the volunteers are friendly and very helpful to customers. Have purchased fun items to decorate my house with, and found larger items like bookcases that I needed. This place is a joke. I went here based on all the great reviews (all of which are NOT current I've only just now realized), just looking for a new thrift shop. It's a large store but the selection is dated. There was nothing current or even hip. Even if your into vintage stuff, this is definitely not the place. For women, the majority of the brands were Chico's, Ann Taylor or Coldwater Creek but all from like 15years ago. And their prices are ridiculously outrageous. 25$ for a used Coach wristlet? Yeah, no. 11$ for an American Eagle sweater? Try again. 18$ for a glass candy dish? Are you kidding me?? They clearly know to look for certain brands and mark it up since they have some type of "boutique" section but it centers around the brands that I mentioned before and/or similar. I can't believe I wasted my gas driving out here. I'll stick to my local Salvation Army, where I've gotten J. Brand jeans for 4$ and that's not even on half off Wednesday. read more
