I wasn't impressed by this thrift after seeing many videos and great reviews on TikTok. It was a…read moredecent sized store that was about 70% home decor and 30% clothing. I found the overall pricing of the items to be higher than average. It also seemed like a good portion of the decor was from another store as there were multiples of items that were brand new. I personally like to thrift before of cheap prices but mostly to find items that are unique and not the every day thing you can find in the store, so I was disappointed to see things that seemed like overstock from a target or something. Ditto was a far drive for me so I probably wouldn't do it again but if you're passing by, take a peek. Their items were nicely organized and in good condition. They also had a lovely bathroom for customers. So, while it wasn't for me, maybe you'll find something good!

Most everything about this store is terrible. Prices are erratic with many vintage items regardless…read moreof condition priced over $30 And others over $50 or even $100. Other items are cheap despite being valuable. Items sometimes still have the original store price on them and it is often lower than the thrift price which is insane. The store is littered with broken items still priced high. Knockoffs are priced like the real deal. Items with little value like Hummel figures are bagged and priced outrageously high even with heads broken off or hands missing. So many items are bagged and you cannot see what is in the bag. Identical items are split up and spread around the store. Items that should be sold together are priced separately and irrationally. I once saw two identical items in two different locations. One was priced at $8 and the other at $26. Neither was worth even the lower price.

Located off of Lafayette Avenue in Hawthorne, we discovered this establishment offering antiques, furniture, household goods, and collectibles. Upon arriving at the entrance in the back, which might look small from the outside, Then and Now Consignment Shop with its floor-to-ceiling and in every nook and cranny, items come in all shapes and sizes, and finding the perfect one for your collection can be a real accomplishment. My partner and I came here looking for something to put our artificial, realistic flowers in. Already have our eyes on a couple of items and finally found a beautiful glass vase at a reasonable price. This is all worth a visit and has enough stock to keep collectors of all manner of items happy, which we can recommend.

There's a whole aisle of clothes per size which is awesome and there was a ton of each type of clothes. I only looked in the women's sections but compared to other Unique locations I've gone to, this one was super stocked up on dresses and bottoms (which are usually sparse at other locations) and of course shirts, workout clothes, etc. There's also an elevator available to customers, dressing rooms, bathrooms, and full sized carts not just the small ones you pull behind you. CONS: The neighborhood is very busy and had many people asking for money on the street, there is only street parking and some lots around the area but you have to pay to park (the lots aren't expensive but can be hard to find), the store was very hot especially on the second floor. There were big fans on but I was still sweating while slowly walking through the store and shopping. Overall, I would definitely go back.
