I've personally donated to this organization in the past and honestly wish I hadn't. I've recently reached out to them for my 81 yr old mom. She needs to have a Recliner/Loveseat in mint condition, picked to donate. I was denied because I can't "fill a room" which really translates to we can't bother to pick up something that can't fill their pickup truck! Her donation obviously isn't significant enough for them to be bothered. Interestingly, I donated several HEFTY FURNITURE items that gets RESOLD! So is anything really a donation! read more

Place is absolutely ridiculous. The woman/ women had the most obnoxious attitudes the one gentleman that check 'em out was the kindest though I will say.... I drove over an hour to get to this location as I have been here in the past. It still has high end donations, a lot of new in box appliances, building materials etc., but the price tags he snare literally higher than they would be should you purchase them from the store they were contacted from. I'm not kidding either. Terrible attitudes on the staff end.... esp for a place that represents such a good cause, shame on them.. read more

Habitat for humanity sells donated furniture, antiques, hardware and appliances to support local HFH efforts. Imagine a homedepot+thrift store+consignment shop+estate sale. That's Habitat Restore. Everyone gets a great deal, the items change every week, the prices go down every thirty days. Usually they have 40% off sales. We got an assembled magnetic mirror medicine cabinet for $20. Entire dining room sets go for $120. You can buy carpeting for $2 a yard. Need an oven? they got you covered. Planning a home project or a DIY? Check out this store first. It supports HFH, helps people, and is a great way to keep items out of landfills. P.S. Going earlier is better, as it does get crowded on busy days (weekends). read more

A very hit or miss situation. Most of the nicer stuff posted online is long gone. Everytime I see something really nice online and go immediately it is already sold. So after many many disappointments, I will no longer be going there. It is a great idea to recycle, but I find it easier to go on craigslist, because if its posted its available. read more

Brought some good furniture from my house that I wanted to donate for a good cause instead of throwing it away and was approached by a rude employee who acted like he was better than me and told me to get my sh*tty furniture out of here no one wants it.
