And not only that, another shopper came in along! I found a cool outfit & when I asked he priced it at $10 but exclaimed the more I buy, the better deal I get... and hinted I should put it all together with my friends things. With a full shopper's bag, he priced everything at $14! And with credit card just some extra change!! This place is a gem that opened up 3 years ago & can't believe it's always passed my glance! One of the most appealing things this place offers is a rack outside of the store which offers $5, $10, and $15 clothes, no hidden strings. But if you don't find anything suitable there, then you have to go hunt inside the store. The store is scented with some kind of perfume and offers a curtained area that you can walk into to change. The majority of the clothes inside the store are actually fairly normally priced, so if you don't find anything outside, you're not really gonna get any deals otherwise.

Anyway, I attempted to visit the store on a Friday around noon and it was not open. There was no sign or flags indicating when the store would be open. I won't be in a rush to return. Maybe it's because we're just starting the new year so people are still in "out with the old, in with the new" mode, but the store was beyond crowded. Fortunately, they had parking out front and I found a spot. Immediately when I walked in and asked about donations, the employee directed me outside to leave my donations with their inventory. She was nice but clearly overwhelmed with work. The bins looked like trash bins but when I asked to confirm that it's not trash, she said it was donations. The clothes were just out in the open exposed. It didn't seem the most sanitary since anything could just get into the bags. After I dropped off my clothes, I thought about browsing the store but that was a lost cause. The checkout line was so long. It looked like people were buying whole wardrobes. So I just left. I'm sure there are probably some good finds but it wasn't worth it.

Usually clothes are $1 each if you're just shopping, and there are gifts, books, and plants for sale for more. The selection was a little slim for a tall and plus size woman, however, like all thrift shops, lots of options for petite and small women, and for medium size men. Even so, and with a limited picked-over selection during my visit, I did find 3 items for the 3 bottles I donated and helped keep the cycle and art going. Love when an artist can use their power to bring attention to shops like this in the community!
