I brought my husband in to get his feet scanned. Joseph helped scan his feet and then picked out 3 pairs for my husband to try on and asked him how each pair felt and what he liked/didn't like about each one. He thoroughly explained the difference between the pairs and made sure that my husband was thoroughly happy with the pair he picked. He also asked if we were interested insoles and socks and added these to our purchase. We came close to closing and he didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was also helping another woman at the same time but made sure that both us and the other woman had the attention we needed. At the end, he rang us up, carried our bag and walked us to the door. 11/10 service! Joseph is patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They carry all my favorite brands (Ara, Dansko, Sofft and Eric Michael). Entering the store I was greeted by Heba, who could not have been more friendly or helpful. The store was not that busy, so she spent considerable time showing me different brands and styles. After telling Heba what I was looking for she brought over 4 different pairs that were exactly what I was looking for. Heba clearly enjoys her work.
