Yesterday my 19 yo daughter went to pick up a prescription that her pediatricians office sent over for her. When she arrived, John (official title now being best pharmacist ever!) Pulled her aside and explained to her that he wasn't comfortable giving her the meds because she is allergic to penicillin and apparently people who are allergic to penicillin should not take Cefalexin either, as they often have the same reactions. They called me and explained what was going on, and not only did he catch what her drs office of almost 19years did not, but he called the office multiple times to try and get a new prescription. So while we will not be going back to that drs office, we will never leaves Bells! Thank you John, what would we do without you!

Not only was the pharmacist able to fix my *2 week apart* issue that my prior pharmacy had put me in, but he also called me & updated me on everything, considering he knew I hated the situation my prior pharmacist put me in. The prices are even cheaper here than at the small pharmacy in my town! While my prescriptions are free, my mom doesn't have prescription insurance. So, I used the app "Good RX" to try and save her $. The prices at Bell Pharmacy are CHEAPER than Good RX! My mom was paying approx $50+ more/month for her prescriptions @ our other pharmacy. So, for the simple fact that I loathe horrible customer service/incompetence & had her switch pharmacies also, (bcuz we go to the dr & fill our prescriptions the same time/day & I didn't wanna walk into my old pharmacy again b/c of the stress they put me under), she - without intent, instantly is saving $50+/month-$600+/year! So, not only is the customer service impeccable, so are their prices! Going to Bell Pharmacy will not be regretted by any customers. I highly recommend you go here if you live in the area.

These temps couldn't care less about customers. Absolutely atrocious service by a LUCY today. Ohhh my God! Very hard to understand, does not want to lift a finger to work, and does not seem to want to be there. Not sure why Walgreens would hire people like this and put them at a pharmacy counter! Worst decision. Maybe they could be used for re-stocking shelves etc but not in contact with customers. No wonder the Boots-Walgreens company is reportedly in financial trouble. I am posting today because of Liberty Drug's terrible customer service. My doctor put in an order for a compound to be made for me and Liberty Drug is slow (generally speaking, my experience is that their turnaround is over a week). Specifically, I placed my compound order a week and a half ago. At the time, I told them that I wanted the "small tube" TWICE during the phone call. Today, around 12:30pm, they called to say that my compound was ready for pickup. Approximately 3pm, I went to pick up it. They made the larger tube for me (which is about $40 more). The pharmacist stated that they needed to remake it. Then, the cashier said that it will be a 10-20 minutes wait. I was confused on the wait time knowing that it takes them a while to make compounds. So, I asked to speak with the manager. When I went to speak to the manager about this to understand my wait time, he blamed me for this issue (remember, all I wanted to know was how long it will take to remake my compound). He said that since this has happened twice with my order (it happened once before a year or two ago), he said that it was my fault. He did not look to his employees as the source of error. The lady next to him said that I needed to specify how many milliliter (ml) tube I wanted. I said that I would not know the ml size of this compound. This is not something that I look at or consider - would you know how many ml (or ounces) is your toothpaste? I said that the person who took my order should (and could) have clarified the size and cost, especially since I mentioned twice that I wanted the "small tube". But, this person did not. This person just hurried up and hung up after taking my order (he was abrupt and rushed during this call). So, the manager outright blamed me. He did not look to his people and their obligation to clarify the order. He did not look into his management failings to train his staff to ask the right questions. He had no consideration that it took them a week and a half to give me my order and that I drove approximately 30 minutes to go there on a very cold day. With that said, I have found the cashiers to be very friendly over the years, although there is a lot of turnover. Based on my experiences at Liberty Drug, they are not a well-oiled machine. Their processes and communications are similar to the store set-up - messy, not clean and outdated.
