Its always something with the workers. I go and try to pick up my FEDex and Mr. Dubaah (?)…read more asks for a tracking number. I only had my i.d. so he looks for it with my name. Comes back and says they don't have it. I go to my car and bring back my phone. I am trying to show him the tracking number from the phone. He insists on holding my phone. Finally I give it to him and say that I don't like people holding my phone. He allows a 5-second delay and says, "Huh?" I ignored him. He then repeats what I just said but in question form. I ignore him. He is doing all this extra reading to just take the tracking number. He lays the phone down and has the hardest time keying in my number. Finally, he verifies it is there. He and another lady go to look for it. She finds it. I said that it was right where he was looking before. He makes an excuse about the print was small and he read a different name. What a lame. Just apologize for taking me through it. He finally scans me out and tells me I am all done. On the other side, a lady is getting her passport pic taken, and it is right next to the chip stand. So I am waiting. He repeats that I am all done like he is rushing me out. I ignore him. The other lady looks at me, and I politely tell her that I want some chips but to please finish with the customer. I get my chips and go. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. How do you handle customers so rude?

I was a daily customer at QuickStop, 206 W 7th St, for about five months. One employee consistently…read moretreated me with hostility, which I ignored. On March 18 around 6:40 AM, I tried to buy a Black & Mild, paying part cash and the rest on card--something that had been done for me many times before, including by her. She immediately argued, raised her voice, and said it couldn't be done. When I calmly asked her not to yell, she denied yelling while continuing aggressively. She then refused my purchase and told me not to return. I had more than enough money and caused no issue. This experience shows a pattern of unnecessary hostility toward customers, and I'm leaving this review so the owner is aware.

3/21/2021 This…read moreoccurred to my visit to the convenience store Named Quick Stop located at 206 West 7th Street Plainfield, NJ 07060 Re: Harrassment & bullying by Spanish Employee. 1. On Sunday, I went to the Quick Chek around the corner as usual to buy my food supply and other items I need. I was buying icecream from the store and one Indian gentlemen was helping me with the purchase. I asked for the total price there because the there was deal on the icecream 2 for $4. I told him that the total was wrong because there is a sale sign showing 2 for $4. he got it verified by the manager and they wouldn't honor the sale sign so I choose not to get it. Its fine that I dont want the items if I don't get the deal for the other brand of icecream. I have done retail and understand that It doesn't stay in the system. 2. The Spanish employee is not the one helping me out as a ringer and starts investigating what is happening with my sale at the time. He is running his mouth about everything thats not his business at all. I told him to STAY OUT of it because he making comments to me in reference to the sale and the price. The Spanish Employee later starts attacking and bullying me personally about my visit to the store yesterday on 3/20/2020 when he wasn't even working. I believe that He was out of line and doesn't have any right to Bullying me at all because he wasn't present at all. Whether he is working or not, The Spanish Employee has no right to harrass/bully me verbally at all on any of my visits to the Quick Chek location. The Cook Andre is a good cook but has to stop bringing up the past and stop harassing/bullying me about any situation. No of them have any right to harass me/bully me for any situation that we have discussed or cleared up between us when I visit the store for shopping purposes. 3. On Sunday, I ordered the wings and the beef patties. They were not FRESH. I told the manager that I want fresh beef patties and wings. She lied and said that they are very freshly made and that the cook Andre just made them. I opened it when I got home and the beef patties taste old and bitter. The wings are not fresh either. They were also bad tasting as well. I am not eating all of it. I am afraid that I will get FOOD POISON from today's uncooked food. 4. I requested the Cook to make fresh food all the time because I don't want Food Poisoning from the Food that sits there for along time. The manager lied that It was fresh and just cooked recently because I opened it at home. I took a bite of the patties and it was spoiled and bitter and unfresh. The Chicken Wings were not fresh because they were cold and tasted horrible as if they were sitting out for so many days.
