Great Staff here that are always willing to keep their customers happy and that's just not seen anymore in this day and age. I mean they clean my windshield without me even asking. Who does this anymore? No other station that I get gas at does. They have a two bay automotive repair shop specializing in break jobs, shocks, struts, exhausts, tires, and electrical. Plus it's an awesome place to grab a quick oil change and be on your busy way.

I took my car to be inspected on Saturday April 25th. I spoke with Pam and she said she had to…read moreorder a cap for gas so it will pass inspection. I ordered it and asked when car would be ready. She told me to come Sunday after 8 am to Pick it up but I had to drive it so computer registers it and come back on Friday. When I went to pick my car up with all paperwork such as insurance and registration and proof of title it was not there. The nice kid working in Sunday am said I'm sorry but we gave your paperwork to someone else. I said huh, that has all my info on it. I said is someone bringing it back. I called Pam 10 times and never responded or text me back to help solve it. I had to take the other guys paperwork and call him to see if he had my info. Needless to say they had his wrong number so I then had to find it on my own. I called the guy who took my info and asked if I can get it. The service station and Pam never called me to try to help or solve thier error. I won't be going there again with how careless they were. Anyone could have taken my info and car title.

After, I asked for my card back while my tank filled up. He immediately yanked the nozzle out of my car and said no! I explained that at other gas stations I always asked for and received my card. He then yanked my card out of the machine and shoved it in my face saying, "Then go to another gas station!" I took my card and left. This is not how customers, or people for that matter, should be treated. If the Sunoco Corporation had a policy where the card could not be given until after the tank was filled (I looked it up after and Sunoco does NOT have such a policy), then the attendant should have just explained that to me politely. I will never be returning to this Sunoco again. Although I am sure the other attendants are kind and pleasant.

This review is more of a props to this Quickchek location for having good Air Pump machines on the…read morepremises. The Air Pump machine is located in one of the corners of the lot (closer to the cross-street, and further from Rt 10, on the right side of the lot). Recently, I had a deflating tire situation while I was out driving on Route 10. It wasn't a full blowout but the car dashboard was already showing alerts. Of course, I was freaking out because we didn't yet have a portable tire inflator in the trunk; we were just SOL. You think that every gas station has air pumps; not true! After stopping at two that didn't, the Quickchek was a lifesaver. It's a relatively new Quickcheck (about a few years old), so the machines and everything are new and working well. In short, go to this Quickchek if you find yourself in a jam with a deflating tire on Route 10!

I had my front struts replaced my first repair with them and my AC system diagnosed and repaired by them. I feel they are extremely fair, and also very competent. I would like to add at this point, I have done Business with Damiano's Service Station, and they were both competent very reasonable as well. When they went out of business, I was a bit concerned because I felt I could trust them. I am thankful BM Auto Repair was able to take their place. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Last Sunday my husband and I rushed out of the house in order to get our entire family to a…read moreChristmas tree farm photo shoot on time. The farm is located about an hour away from our home and during the drive our gas light went on. That's when my husband realized he forgot his wallet at home (which is so rare) and that I didn't bring my purse (which is not so rare). We were able to get to the farm with 6 miles left until empty. After the photos we stopped at the nearest gas station and asked if they accept Apple Pay. The kind gentleman said no they don't. Panic set in. We had four kids in the car, including a 2 year old. It was now dark. I asked if I could call my mother-in-law to read my credit card number to me by phone. He said not to worry...that he will give me $10 worth of gas and I could mail him the money during the week. Without me asking this extremely kind man pumped $20 of gas into my car and allowed me to get my family home safely. Mr. Farag Mahazam is the employee at the gas station that literally saved my family from being stranded on a Sunday evening. His act of kindness will forever be remembered and appreciated.
