First time there and will definitely be back. I was very impressed with the service. My car looked amazing. You cannot rush perfection!

Be prepared to wait in line for about an hour waiting to have your car cleaned. They are way over priced and do not do a good job at all.

First timer and i could say is.. it is the Only carwash near The Hills. so don't expect much. Just be aware, they have undercarriage option wash but i have not seen a water sprouter/sprinkler that hit the undercarriage. No free outside vacuum DIY. They have monthly membership offered. Gus & Bucky's Car Wash damaged my windshield by breaking off my rear view mirror while cleaning my car. Now my windshield must be replaced and Gus & Bucky's will not pay for the damage they caused. DO NOT USE this car wash unless you want your car damaged. read more

We arrived, and it took 25 minutes to get to the point of paying with two cars ahead of us. I had to wonder why. It appears that they vacuum the cars before they send them into the car wash. Once we got into the machine it stopped 3/4 the way through for 4 minutes. I must have gotten my car washed 50 times in the last 40 years and never had to waited so long to go into the machine. Why wouldn't they vacuum the cars after they get out of the machine? Once the process was completed we were directed to a place where I thought they would dry it off, but after sitting there for five minutes the guy behind me came out of the machine and I said That's Enough, I don't think I will return, It shouldn't take over an hour to get a car washed and not dried. read more

Went today , place is very short staffed they try their best to keep up but 45 for a wash is tough . My problem is with the guy who was pulling cars out of tunnel at the end of wash . He was putting tire shine on cars as well as jockeying cars . He forgot to do my tires when they signaled my car was done . He came over slopped the tire shine on with a piss attitude . I walk over to my car he jumps in the next car out of tunnel and speeds off like a maniac . As you know there is like 30 yards of space to pull out , just a real dick move . If he does not enjoy his job maybe go somewhere else . Most ppl there are really helpful this guy just snarls at everyone . Might want to shove him an attitude adjustment talk . read more

Not all car wash are created equally and that's why I'm giving Gus & Bucky's 5 stars. Staff takes their role responsibly and do a fantastic job in car care. We actually live around the corner so it's convenient but we see many others come from much farther away which should tell you everything you need to know! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I drive over a half an hour and got myself a monthly package because their attention to detail is simply incomparable. Pricing is very fair and their interior and exterior cleaning. Wait times can be a bit long depending on the time of the day, but they always do a great job keeping things moving! read more

First time customer. While the cost was higher than what I usually pay for exterior and interior it was well worth it. Interior especially was clean and mats had grime removed. Vacuuming the trunk was a nice touch after hauling plants and bags of mulch. Thank you. read more

I am updating my review to say that Jon the manager was nice about my losing my two all weather back mats. He gave me cards for two free washes as compensation and offered to pay for new mats. I do not like the attitudes of the 1-2 guys who receive the car as you prepare to enter the car wash. I went two days in a row last weekend. The first day, they asked me to remove my cell phone holder so they could clean that area - it was not cleaned despite the removal. Additionally, my kid's car seat and the area on the seat around it was still covered in crumbs. LET ME BE HONEST: The primary reason I have this membership is because of of said kid and the aforementioned crumb situation. Anyway, in day two, I return. I tell the guy at the front I'm not going to bother removing the cell phone holder because it didn't get cleaned the day before. I also asked if they could vacuum the car seat. Now, keep in mind, it sits up like a normal seat... it's not a baby seat. I wasn't expecting anyone to get into nooks and crannies, but a brief vacuum? Anyway, the guy at the front got real snippy with me and was like "we don't do that." When I said that everything was right on top, he was like, "normally, we have people take them out." THATms strange because it takes like five seconds and if you don't, as soon as the car moves, the crumbs will hit my floor. It was really frustrating. They didn't end up vacuuming it, either. The team who wipes, dries, vacuums, etc. is usually pretty good - even if they do occasionally miss the door jam dirt, which still boasts cut grass and from my farm visit. Anyway, the owner here was very kind but I can't help but feel like just another number. read more

Requested: 1 Bucky full wash on 1/282025 at 8:04 am. Jonathan at the register was rude and barked out instructions like a jail warden. I asked for a receipt but he handed me back my credit card and said thank you. I reminded him about the receipt I requested to which he nastily said if you'd wait five seconds you'd get it. The printer takes five seconds to print. Such an arrogant and nasty person who has no clue about basic customer service. read more

The problem I have the car is never fully cleaned. The windows are not clean there are leaves stuck in the trunk on the outside. Even the inside I rearview mirror wasn't even clean. I wasn't there when it was busy. I was there at 8 o'clock in the morning. Come here all the time I live around the corner and the service just gets worse so anyone who says this is great they have very low expectations. read more

It has taken me a minute to get back to update this review from 4 stars to 5. My 4 star review prompted the owner to reach out to me to correct the very minor issue that i had on my visit. I understand that every business has busy days, and this sometimes might cause a rushed service, which is exactly what happened to me. I was quite impressed that he reached out to correct my issue on a 4 star review. There are many business owners who would be satisfied and not be concerned with or take the time to discuss the minor complaint. The fact that he wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied speaks volumes about how this owner values his business and customers. I am in the service industry, and fully understand that personal service and client relationship is key to a happy customer. I brought my car back, it was rewashed and he apologized again, which was totally not required. I took my Tesla Model X today for a car wash at your Bedminster location and had an inferior experience. I have been your customer for the past 4 years and signed up for the Yearly Unlimited Bucky wash each year. To begin with, your guys did not even open the trunk of my car to vacuum, which I ignored, and I felt your guys must be in a rush. Then my car wash was Bucky, but the soap was not coming out of the pipe, so I showed this to your person. He, in turn, discussed it with a manager who is a bit short in height. I have always seen him there. He tells me that because I have a regular wash, not Bucky's. Only when I insisted did he send someone to get the picture of my car tag. Upon scanning, he said I was signed up for Bucky's wash, but their machine must be spoilt. He did not want to admit that one of his team members selected the wrong wash for my car, as I could see all the vehicles behind my car, and the soap dispenser was working. When the car was cleaned and they asked me to be pick up, I showed them several marks on the door that were there. The guy tried to clean it, but the marks did not go away, so I decided to get the vehicle rewashed since I had signed up for UNLIMITED. The person scanning the TAG at the beginning was unhappy and said that these marks would not go and was upset if I wanted to get it rewashed; why did I let the people manually clean them? I had to explain him that without them cleaning, how would I know the marks were there? When the car came out of the system, my car was not attended to, was parked, and left. When I showed this to that manager, he said it was cleaned in the order it came, so I showed him the car after my car was attended to, to which he said that it still needed to be completed. I should wait.....that was very partial of him. For the first time, I noticed your manager was unfair and lying. I would never sign up again at your place and would not recommend your place to anyone. You might be the only one in that area, but I will put my reviews on every sight. If you are an honest owner, I would like you to look into this so that such injustice is not done to anyone else. By the way, the marks had gone after the second wash. Your manager suggested that since my car was wrapped, I would not use any soap on it, but why am I your Bucky wash member, and how do I get rid of stains? The cost is fine if the service is good. But the wait is absolutely ridiculous--- 30 minutes or more each time, and this is because they clean the inside of the cars before the wash. Would be 100 times more sensible to do that AFTER, so that anyone just washing the outside of their car would be way more efficient. They are fortunate in their location , so unlikely to change their methods anytime soon. There has also been twice that they had to hit the internal STOP button because the cars in the wash got too close together. Scary. Expensive, too long of a wait, and now risky too. read more

Just had my car washed - when it came out my rear windshield wiper arm was hanging and broken - it was not before ...and I was told it had to be broken before I got there. IT WAS NOT BROKEN before and was just using it the other day. I waited 30 minutes for the manager to come as I was told he was on his way. Then I was told he wasn't coming in to meet me and they're not responsible for exterior damage - how convenient. I will never and suggest no one else ever go there. read more

Very frustrating! This place does a nice wash but they do NOT honor their hours of operation. I've been twice in the last several weeks where they either did not open within 30+ minutes of their opening time OR closed more than an hour before their closing time. Although the following isn't necessarily their fault, two other times I went and the line was backed up so far, it would have taken 30+ minutes to get a simple car wash. Frustrating! read more

Today was the 1st ever visit to Gus & Bucky's Car wash and I wanted to share my experience. I schedule my "Hand Wash" service 1 week in advance. (They do offer reg wash, no appointment ness). I was greeted by a friendly staff as they instructed me where to park. Then I was greeted by Jonathan and Tim who explained to me in detail the process of the service which made me feel very comfortable. The service took about 35 min and afterwards Jonathan performed a full walk through with me and went over every inch of my car in detail. I have to say I was very impressed by his professionalism and his eagle eye. I was extremely pleased with the results. The car was shiny with no smudges. The rims were cleaned and almost look factory new. The windows were clean & crystal clear and lastly, the inside looked amazing. I have a black car, and if your a black car owner, you know how difficult it could be to keep it mirror finish clean. I highly recommend bringing your car here for a high end car wash and in-depth detail work. I will be back in the early spring for some customs work as well. Thanks again guys! read more

What a total rip. Went here for the first time and choose the middle priced wash. Poor vacuuming the inside of my windshield was streaky as all get out, there was actually still mud on my bumper and no tire shine!?!! Enjoy my $22.00 you charlatans of wash it will be the last dollar you ever get from my family. UPDATE: You have to appreciate when a business is extremely diligent in trying to satisfy the customer. The owner contacted me several times offering a free wash to make up for the initial visit. I went back today and was pleasantly surprised at the effort everyone made to make sure the wash was done well this time. I have been going to the Bedminster location for years and they typically provide excellent, quality service. The past two-three times that I have gone, I have encountered rude staff and terrible cleaning services. There is dirt on my tires that I have smudged with my finger and the cleaning staff outside look at me saying "we don't clean that". They cleaned the inside of my car but there are places that have barely been wiped down. Why am I paying for a Bucky's wash when I could very much do this at home, which I ended up doing. I am not one to complain but when I told the outside cleaning staff about obvious dirt marks and lack of substantial cleaning; I was met with an eyeroll and a disgusted look on the face of one of their employees. I informed, the man who seems to be the manager, and I was told "she's not rude, that's just how she is". What kind of customer service is that? The long lines, rude staff and terrible service are not worth your time or money. read more

We have a monthly car wash program. car washes are good. The volume of cars is a challenge. I don't think it's managed correctly. the bottleneck is the last stage, getting your car dried. might help to hire 4 more. if you go during lunch time, be prepared to wait between lunch time - 12 and 1:30, there are fewer people drying cars because they are having lunch. the time in line is also impacted by the number of "RAM" trucks- personal and business trucks in line. they take more time through the line- - twice as long as a car. and, if you go later in the day, the workers will put their car or truck through. they spend extra time cleaning them as they tell the guys in the beginning what to do. in addition, call before you drive over for a car wash. the winter hours are supposed to be until 4:30. this week, i was here one day at 4:15 and another day at 3:15 and they were closed. now, on a Saturday morning, I have to wait for an hour to get my car washed. but I have the monthly car wash pass and I can come any time, right?? read more

EH. If you have 45 minutes to wait for your car to be washed & the $25 (before tip) - go for it. Originally all the "employees" lived in the white house in front of the car wash until they set it on fire.... These are the same folks who are doing the washing. Everyone once in a while you end up with a "strange" scenario. IE: While they were drying my new vehicle, one of the guys lost his GUM (mid chew) on my hood. It sat there and they all dried around it. I had to actually say something for they to pluck it off. read more

I started going here again recently. Although sometimes my seat is left a little wet, they have been doing a good job removing the dog hair (shepherd's are tough and year round shedders). My car also has no streaks and they keep the cup holders clean, which is usually a huge pet peeve of mine when it's overlooked. Try it. read more
