From the moment I pulled up a rep came out to greet me and welcome me to the establishment and introduce himself. Held the door open for me and everything. Then the rep proceeded to ask me questions which he then used to recommend a tint that would meet my preference . So i decided on 20% tint. They showed me the waiting area and put on a movie of my preference, so i can watch while i wait. (Awesome) once job was completed they walked me around the car to show me the completed project and explain some do's and don'ts for the next few days. To wrap this up the customer service was outstanding, workmanship very professional and price was good. It makes sense why their name is winning , I believe that with the value you get in this establishment you truly come out a winner! They allowed me to wait inside their heated garage while they washed and detailed the truck. They did a magnificent job. I should have taken pics before hand for comparison. And he gave a great assessment beforehand and clearly explained what he'd be doing in the detail package I got. Judging from my "before" picture, it's pretty obvious that my car interior was not in good shape - tons of dog hair, dirt/wood from a camping trip, sand from the beach, etc. And judging from the "after" picture, these guys clearly know what they're doing. Not a single strand of hair or piece of dirt existed on the interior once they were done. And the hard surfaces had an amazing shine. Not to mention, smelled fantastic! As far as the exterior, I've never seen my car in better shape. A&J was even able to buff out some scratches that I've never had luck with myself. Even the hubcaps looked brand new. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the end of the day, which is miles faster than the timeframe other detailers gave me. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with A&J.
