Worst experience and customer service ever!…read more I came to GNV to get the tints done on my X5. 5% all around and 55% on the windshield with the more expensive 3M film and a lifetime warranty for as long as i own the vehicle. After installation I followed all of the directions provided by GNV not opening the windows for 2 days. Almost every window had bubbles with and without dirt specs inside of them. I had to come back to try to get this fixed 4 times. 4th time back, the wrong tint was installed on the front driver side window. There are still bubbles all over and I have stains on the front pillars from him spraying the glue. I also have old glue scrapes all over my front vents after GNV had to re-do the windshield tint. After spending countless hours going back and forth to try to get this resolved, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. GNV then lied in a written statement that I was only given a limited time warranty and I was happy with the work (I have all the photos and letters from my credit card company as proof). Merchants like GNV should not be allowed to run a business. I can't be the only customer who've had an awful experience. This makes me think a lot of the positive reviews on here are not real customers or they got a discount for writing a positive review. Do yourself a favor, pay extra and get the job done right by someone who knows what they're doing.

They were very thorough during the inspection and handled everything with the insurance which was nice. Overall did a good job with my car, my only issue was that when I went to pick it up, there were a few minor things that were missed so I had to leave my car and pick it up another day. Better attention to detail when delivering a final product would have made this a 5-star experience. But when I did point out the minor things, the team at K&L were apologetic and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Some months I'll swap in my wife's car instead since it sees a lot less use and doesn't need the same cadence. Never an issue, never a hassle. Shoutout to Max and Brandon. Both accommodating, both responsive, and that matters - in detailing, a lot of shops can get a car clean. What separates them is whether you're easy to deal with. These guys are. If you've got kids, pets, or both, get on the recurring plan and stop thinking about it. One benefit of the monthly plan is a discount on other services. Every little bit of savings helps.
