Phone call after phone call, message after message, with no answer or reply. The message on his phone is no longer Sunrays. It has some woman and only her name on the message. I finally got a hold of him and scheduling was a nightmare. He couldn't do the work until nightfall. Then the quality was awful. Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care.
