I have never left a review but this needs to be shared! I booked an appointment with the owner Dave for side and rear window tinting.Was told to pick up car by end of day. At the end of the day I went to pick up my car and noticed they had just gotten started. I waited patiently for two additional hours and he managed to finish the side windows unfortunately after trying three times on the rear he had gotten completely frustrated. I paid my bill and went on my way. The following day I noticed hair, bubbles and a horrible cutting job of window film.I've tried to contact Dave numerous time by phone and text but has completely dismissed my calls.STAY AWAY! Plenty of great shops and owners that are appreciative, knowledgeable and respectful.So disappointing! read more

I've been a true customer and advocate of Sunrays for years. I would always recommend customers. Recently, I wanted to have another one of my vehicles tinted. Phone call after phone call, message after message, with no answer or reply. The message on his phone is no longer Sunrays. It has some woman and only her name on the message. I finally got a hold of him and scheduling was a nightmare. He couldn't do the work until nightfall. Then the quality was awful. Now I can't get him to honor the lifetime warranty and replace the tint that was done so poorly. I don't know what happened, but Sunrays has gone to s**t. It's like he doesn't care. I won't recommend this place anymore. It is a shame. How the mighty have fallen. read more

My boyfriend had Doug tint his car windows. He cuts the film by hand and made cuts throughout the window trim doing lots of damage and now says he has no business insurance to fix damages. This place is not worth the trouble. RUN FAST.... read more

Long overdue review for Doug and his tint work-- absolutely outstanding! I got 20% tint all around, minus my windshield. I did a lot of research on which tint I should get, and more importantly, who to get it done by. Sunrays had perfect reviews on various websites that were clearly legitimate. One competitor (if you can even call them one) was Tropic Window Tinting. They have mostly good reviews, aside from a couple that stood out. One of them was a review about them damaging the weather-stripping on a customer's car. Their response: "sorry for the inconvenience"... wow! A second poor review Tropic had was that they misaligned window tint on a window so there was sunlight leaking through the side. Their response was, "sorry you weren't happy." What kind of company says that to a customer? Doug at Sunrays will redo your tint for free if something comes out wrong; and he will bump an appointment or make time for you to get it done, rather than make you wait or deny responsibility. Regardless, his work looks perfect. Nevertheless, that tell you the kind of person you're dealing with. read more
