Very quick wash, very little time spent on it once it came through the wash- not wiped down enough and visible "white, salt (or whatever it is that makes a black car gray). I have PPF on my car and didn't want to go to a automatic car wash that leaves scratches or peel the film off so I chose someone that would wash it by hand thoroughly and understood my concerns. I was very impressed by the exterior wash that I chose to also have the interior vacuumed and wiped down as well and was equally impressed. I'd rented a car nearby for a doomed vacation I'd just cancelled due to work and justly so. It was a Friday. I figure I'd still rent the car and seize the opportunity. I told him he should read his Yelp posts because my positive raves ere piling up but he said he never does. Friend told him never to do so. He said if he can accomplish by day's end good work and he knows as much, that was enough. A friend chided him in the waiting room that he does more than that. Next morning on a Saturday when his shop was and always is closed, he rang me. My 80 mile round trip commutes at speeds of 70 mph of late at my new position would have ended tragically; my entire right front wheel assembly was shot. I was right. There was something horribly wrong. He quoted me a price a fraction of what I would have guessed and he, as much as vigilant I, saved my life. Patronize this man's business. I'm not a man of means so it's well I know the importance of a reliable, skilled, honest and consistent mechanic. So does the Honda dealership across the street who recommended him years ago and for whom he still does regular work.

I brought my Ram 5500 dump truck here due to a front end collision. The work took about what I…read morethought, I got the truck back and was happy. They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!
